(no subject)
One month and 15 days according to my myspace counter til the wedding...I should be excited about this right? LOL This week has been full of frustrations through email and on the phone with people. Now where to start..hmm. I've scheduled meetings to get my dress altered and to meet with the florist to finalize details...and then to having to reschedule it all because either myself or mom can't be there for one reason or another. Got the 1st copy of the ceremony agenda and the pastor hopes to be emailing back and forth for 3 weeks to get it finalized. Why so long to complete?? The only thing that I want to change is one of the readings..the psalm I think.
Mom and I had our florist meeting yesterday afternoon and had it done in 45 min. I was very surprised since the first meeting felt like it took for ever. Anyway, I won a little battle on the flowers. Mom wanted me to have an all one flowers for me and I wanted to color..so I will have small bits of blue in my bouquet. The girls will have more blue and less cream and champagne roses. Now my wedding is completely blue/cream instead of fall like but that's ok. The jewelry situation seems to be calming down...our friend Laura from HAA is making them in Buffalo and all is back well.
Today, I started a new temp job and the people seem nice. I am now working for a telecommunications company..aka USA Datanet. I completed the first day of training and got to listen to a few calls. And most of the people are in their late 20s...and are also temps. :)
