Apologies for the cross-posting, but I thought I'd mention here that I'm hosting an evening of knitting on Tuesday, 3/11 from 6pm to whenever. It's geared towards beginners, though everyone is welcome including non-knitters for company :) This started as a cohousing social (it still is), but it would be nice to see some other people too!
There will be supplies, food, and instruction, though I make no promises as to the quality of any of the above -- the yarn was free from my mom, and I am known for my amazing use of water to transform boxed supplies (and occasionally cans) into food, and I am often a lousy teacher. I know, some incentive huh? But there will be *other* people there, and they may have brought good yarn and snacks and insight, and you know you want to hang out with them for an evening. Who knows? Maybe you are one of them, in which case I will want to hang out with you. RSVPs appreciated but not entirely necessary.
