It's like being productive
I was rather surprised with my productivity this past week. It's not that I got through a larger percentage of my to-do list than usual, but more that I found myself doing things that normally I would put off as long as possible. Quite a few times I found myself thinking, "Wow, am I really going ahead and getting this done with a minimum of fuss and delay? How is this possible?" The larping part of my brain wonders if I'm a doppelganger and I just don't know it.
Case in point: I put up curtains tonight while packing for tomorrow's SCA event, after staying at work until 7:30. I've had everything since sometime in September, I just kept looking at it and saying, "not now". There was alot of "now" this week. It was nice, though tiring, but mostly pleasantly so. Another case in point: two LJ posts in a month! Usually I just think about what I might say in a post, and never decide that now's the time to write it.
I just have to keep this up every week for the next year. No problem! :P (I want robot minions, and I want them now. And that teleporter.)
