So I pack up. I move away from Joanne. I move even further from Veronica and Duncun and my father. I leave Swan Lake where everyone seems impressed with me. Give up the things that are mine. I move to a strange country where everyone who matters to her is and I have no one I care about except for her.
And then what happens when she changes her mind again? Where am I left? I'm left in Africa with people I don't know and a girl who doesn't even want me.
