My paid account on Photobucket ran out yesterday, and briefly I thought about renewing it, but $30 a year for a service I won't use much anymore (no more reviews after all) seems like a waste of money currently.
That means, from now on my account will no longer have unlimited bandwidth... which also means my bandwidth ran out barely a day after my subscription did. Now, I know that many people still look at my old reviews, but I still doubt that alone generates 11.5 GB of data transferred. Meaning, many lazy fuckers out there just linked to my stuff on their blog and never bothered to upload the pics to their own server, thus living off the service I pay for. Which, in turn, makes me cranky and even less inclined to pay for their convenience.
What does this mean for you? A lot of the images linked on this blog will show up as "bandwidth exceeded" images instead for a few days, until the new month resets the data. Don't worry, they're not gone, they'll be back eventually. If I ever find the time, I may move them to another service althogether and replace the files on Photobucket with pics that say, "YOU ARE STEALING THE BANDWIDTH SAMMYONAIR PAID FOR", but currently it just doesn't seem that important.
Apologies for the missing images, it'll only be for a few days. Until the end of next month, that is, when the lazy fuckers make my bandwidth run out yet again.
