Yesterday the wonderful, wonderful sharinat made me incredibly happy because she turned one of the stories that are dearest to my own heart into a podfic. We messaged a lot back and forth, squeed a lot, and I supplied a chunk of my soundtrack collection for a better selection of background tracks. In return, she spent a lot of attention and care on turning my story Paperwhite into something immensely rewarding for me, because I have seriously petitioned for this kind of thing in our branch of the fandom for about three years now, but no one was even remotely interested. (And yeah, I would have done it myself, but with my stupid, harsh German accent? Not much sense in even trying...)

So, yeah, I'm quite happy now, and I cried a few times while listening to this. Maybe you will, too, because she really did a wonderful job. ♥
