Middleman! (or, one of these shows wherein geeks have more fun)
"The Middleman" was one of those sad shows that were so highly intelligent and brilliant that it survived for a grand total of 12 glorious episodes on ABC Family. (Thankfully, these are actually out on DVD, and I can't recommend them highly enough!)
Now, this is a show that isn't for everyone. That said, it is also one of those where geeks cackle at all the injokes almost constantly throughout the episodes. It's highly bizarre, it's comic-bookish, it's sort of retro, it's SciFi (sort of) and so very, very amusing if it does click with your sense of fun.

Here, I thought for a second he was saying "Probies", not "Probes". *giggles* And for some weird reason, I think he and McGee would get along soooo well!
During their cases they regularly assumed all sorts of secret identities, complete with fake ID cards and all. Now, guess which one in here makes me yell "crossover!" at the top of my lungs. ;)))
