150509 So the weekend has arrived again

It is weekend already. Really fast! In my opinion, the time really pass by really fast! We all are growing old! But our biases continue to look fab and young~! Swag! Hahaha

Thanks to looking at my biases on twitter and livejournal I can finally put what happened earlier a little bit behind. I can tell a whole page about it, but I am not going to spam the whole page, but merely tell the main points and highlights the important things what happened today.

Like every story there is a begin and an end. The plot of the whole story would be explained throughout the pages and the reader would try and live with the happenings in the book. What I am gonna tell is neither from a book nor something I can define as 'story', but anyways, I just hope pouring it out somewhere can make me feel better so I can move on with my life.

There was one particular customer who had ordered something earlier this week or probably last week, but I wasn't the one who helped her with the order. A colleague of mine did and she had to come pick her stuff today. So, she called, I picked up and she started off pretty friendly. She introduced herself and told me she had ordered something she had to come pick up. I asked her the code number (we work according to a designed code number on all the receipts we give as prove the other has something at our place), I looked up the number, found it and told her she could come get it.

Her response was that she couldn't come personally and was going to send her daughter who lives in the city. I told her:"It's no problem, as long as you give your daughter the receipt, she can come pick it up"

Problem was, her daughter doesn't have the receipt, nor id-card of the said woman, thus making it impossible for her daughter to come pick it up. So, I told her and explained her I couldn't help her without a receipt or id-card. The woman got angry and hung up on me after saying that she could just give me the numbers through the phone.

After an hour or something she barged in and started off rudely, pointing at me and bellowed that I was impolite and unfriendly and rude. Boss happened to be standing next to me and asked what was wrong. I tried to explain to him about the whole telephone fiasco, but she kept on interrupting me.

Boss' daughter happened to be standing on the other side and she asked me what the woman was screaming about. I explained her the whole situation in a short summary and she told the woman:"It is according to the rules we work. We really can not help you, ma'am"

The woman got even more angrier and spewed out stuff about how we handle things and how we do not trust our customers and stuff. I was starting to get annoyed at her already, but I had to do some stuff before I could leave. She continued on saying she lived here for so many years and has whatever legal papers and what not. Then all of a sudden she mentioned there is this one better place where she can have her stuff delivered straight to her house with just one phone call.

I left the scene though, but afterwards I feel a little bad for leaving my colleague to handle it. Because after I left, the woman was completely rude towards my colleague. My colleague told me she asked the woman politely to write down her name, the woman did and practically thrusted the pen and the official receipt back to her. My colleague was already starting to get angry with the woman and I understand that, because I would too.

We had tried to reason with her, saying that the reason why we do this is to prevent someone else trying to impersonate her and go away with her stuff. The woman had the guts to reply:"Whoever is going to steal some $300 something?,"

IMO, the amount of money to her is like candy money. It is no big deal for her if someone actually stole the amount :/

Anyways, so after she had written her name and got her stuff she declared never to come back again and even said to another customer to not come to us and buy stuff, but go to somewhere else instead.

I hope to never this woman ever again. Ugh! I hate how they think so highly of themselves, obnoxious and all. /shudder.

After the whole fiasco, boss asked for the nth time what happened actually. My colleague told him the whole thing again and he asked why she hadn't said this or that. She got mad at that and cried. I really felt bad for leaving her alone, but at the moment I really couldn't deal with the woman. She ruined my whole appetite to be honest.
