In other news, I am going to be home for the next week, if not longer, as I am taking FMLA time from work. I have an appointment later next week to talk with my doctor about disability leave, but am hopeful that my HR department will be able to work with me on reasonable compensation before that becomes an issue. Because FMLA time is UNPAID, I will be staying home trying to spend as little money as possible.
Though, I really should buy a new toilet seat, as the band-aid covering the large crack (in the seat, not me) can only do so much towards avoiding unwanted ass-pinching!!!
