Tegrity SUCKS!
All I have to say is that tegrity sucks, and whoever was the idiot who thought it up should be drug out into the streets and shot!
So I found out yesterday that I am required to buy this tegrity pen, cradle, notebooks, and program for my principles management class, and I LOATH IT. I'm sorry but why the heck do I need to buy a freakin pen that will cost me over $100 just to put my freakin notes onto my computer?! I don't want them on my computer for one and I don't want to install this program on my computer either. I understand that it is suppose to help students go back in their notes and see what happened during class (I will be able to watch my class on my computer now to) but if I'm taking notes I can follow along either way and not install it or pay the $! I don't see how they think this is soooooooooo good; it's only going to encourage students to not go to classes because they can just watch them anytime they want on their computer. Why go to class when you don't have to?
I don't really see how this tegrity is going to help me in anyway shape or form. I'm going to e-mail my teacher and ask if there is any possible way I don't have to get it...even though it is required for the course. I DON'T WANT TO BUY IT!
Maybe I'm just whining and should just mellow and buy it, but I dare say I will never use it...so what's the point?
