(no subject)
for all intents and purposes I have finished the yearly inventory at work. All that is left is to total up the page totals, make myself a copy and shuttle it up to the main office in Frederic. It actually went easier this year because I did not take each & every product off the shelves and wipe off shelves etc. (Allergies have really been bothering me lately so I just skipped that for the moment.)
So today I will finish the math and then move on to doing the quarterly sale price changes for the 4th quarter. Then I can start cleaning off shelves and doing nooks & crannys etc. next week. customer wise it has been light since school started. I get more people calling in their ads then who actually come in to the store.Business is still light but there is business. I mean people are still advertising but it isn't what it was a year or 2 ago. It will take a while to bounce back. I have been seeing improvement.
worked on my sock last night. Hopefully I will get far enough by this weekend that I can go in and learn how to do the heel. Socks are time consuming and expensive. I already have $18 involved just in yarn. I guess they last for years though. It is just a project I wanted to do. We will see if I want to make more then 1 pair.
Have dentist appt. before work this a.m. just a cleaning. Dentist is just down the street from work so no big deal. I have shorter store hours from Labor Day to Memorial Day so this works out fine. Get my flu shot one day next week after work. Clinic finally posted the hours for that so I called asap to get it over with.
