my car is getting much needed repairs today. I have known since Xmas what car needed but it had to wait. Yesterday I got the estimate and today they are finishing up the work. Could probably have had a good down payment on a different car with this but repairs are the normal wear and tear ones and it was decided that the car is worth it. (I really did not want to look at car payments each month) They claim with the way I take care of my vehicle it should last me another 100,000 to 140,000 miles. Buicks are that way, they last but sometimes the repairs are spendy. I have a courtesy car for the day so am not complaining. Took me a while last night to find all the light switches etc. though. They put pictures on things now days instead of words and you have to figure out for yourself what the picture means and how it operates. This one lacked tilt steering too. oh well, can't have everything, it's only for today anyway.
