trees etc.
I got home last night and my trees out front were gone. Hurray. David stopped by the office late afternoon and told me he and his crew had been here to do the big tree blocking my front porch. Said it would only cost an arm not an arm and a leg. Said on the way home he would take the chain saw to the bushes lining the sidewalk from the house if I wanted. Yes. so they are gone as well. All I need is to borrow a saw-all in the spring and do the little stumps. He couldn't get them with the chain saw he said. At least the dangerous tree is out of there now. Now I wait for the city to come and take the brush away. David said he had called them and they are due to start picking up this week sometime. Let's hope. A little at a time. I am getting things done, a little at a time. Not enough $ do do the big stuff but can do little things to improve the place.
