I want a new life, with a new job. Actually, in reality I want to work for a company who disciplines their employees. I want to work for some one where it's not okay to call out on a daily freaking basis. Honestly, what I don't really understand is how these people have 40 hours a week, and they call out all the time..and I..the floater...who would love a 40 hour a week position anywhere..cannot get one. I instead have to scrape together my hours at 4 different stores in a week, and keep track of my hours because chances are someone is going to miss my punches...somewhere. It is crap. Serious crap. I got called into work today, and I took the hours because we need the money..but I have a feeling that I will be regretting it next Monday night because I now have 8 days in a row...and I am tired. And to be perfectly honest..they do the same shit to Tom with his employer. How is it that we cannot get better jobs...we are such freaking spectacular employees.
I haven't heard from my doctor yet about my scan. I left a message with the nurse today though.... The voicemail said that I wouldn't probably hear for 24 to 48 hours..but I want to know. I wish they gave a damn that I was waiting..I mean afterall..I am the one living day to day with this stupid goiter..and I would like it to kindly go away..but whatever....no rush.
I am also really ready for the election to get underway. I cannot tell you how sick I am of people and their slander, and their uneducated bullshit. I would love to live in a world where just once people took responsibility for themselves, and did some real...educated research..and used that to make their decisions.. Instead, I live in a world where people make their decisions on a whim. People decide, in this fucked up economy, who they want running this country based on greed and selfishness. Call me what you want, but you all suck.
