Good day today, slept well (yay for no nightmares). Feeling better, less stressed...if only by not allowing myself to think about all the crap I have to do =)

But most of all, being grateful for all that I have and keeping a proper prospective on things. A story I read for one of my classes was so horribly depressing, it made me very grateful for the good things in my life.

It's like Buddha said, "Be grateful for having learned much today. And if you have not learned much, be grateful you have learned a little. And if you have not learned a little, be grateful you are not ill. And if you are ill, be grateful you are not dead."

Back to my learning much...mmm seminar reading.
