Wow, the Stern MBA students are incredible spoiled- it never ceases to amaze. I just found out something SO unfair that I can't even believe it happens.
I'm at work, filing a bunch of stuff, and I came across the housing files for the MBAs. Stern MBAs have 4 floors of Palladium (which I knew, but still think seems weird)- but get this,
THEY GET HOUSING REFUNDS based on a matrix of factors that are calculated, like square footage, amenities available and relative cost! WTF?
This is for PALLADIUM, run by the same housing that would never consider giving undergrads the time of day, much less fucking refunds! I can't believe it. Like, they are a few thousand dollars worth a semester.
Also, the Stern MBAs are allowed 5 simultaneous guests and they can stay for 7 consecutive nights! What?! Granted, some of them are like 40 and married, but, seriously, why are you living in a dorm then?
