omg. Where Did The Party Go. has such a great atmosphere!!!! If I close my eyes...
I'm driving through a Pelham neighborhood, windows down, by myself. It's either really warm and sunny in the afternoon. Or it could be nighttime, a clear warm spring night. I am obsessed with my friends, and I am living the epitome of "in the moment". Not worried about making ends meet or what's going to happen in a year. Love is the most important thing, and I have it. Life is just beginning, and every discovery of the world and of adulthood are happening, and they're wonderful. I'm content, and I have a place that I define as "home".
But if you ask me, two's a whole lot lonelier than one.
