The clock is tick-tocking
there is quinoa burbling on the stove getting ready for lunch boxes
my lime/mint/rum sorbet is freezing
the house is still
air is playing
the light is honey coloured and warm,
I am cozy in PJ's and house coat
reading
and drinking tea
