OKAY THIS TIME I SWEAR!!
I am going to be updating this more I promise!
It has just been really busy and with trying to spent time with the hubby, the kids, and get all the emails answered, it just takes more hours in the day then I seem to have.
I really enjoy this though. I never realized how little people really know about the hair they buy in beauty supply stores. No one seems to know anything about the hair or the regulations on how they get away with the hair not being what they sell it as.
I mean did you know that over 80% of 100% human hair in beauty supply stores is a mix of human hair and some unnatural fiber? That fiber is either synthetic or a mix of animal fibers. Yes you heard me, animal fibers. When people say that they think they had a reaction to their weave or wig, they are not kidding. It is possible if they happen to be allergic to that animal fiber.
Don't even get me started on the topic of Remy hair. WHOOSH! Boy is there a subject.
I am also amazed with how little people about their own hair and not just that but about curly hair in general.

Well enough about hair, how about some about what has been going on.
I think I mentioned that Philly and I have new phones. LOVE THEM! They are are pocket pc phones. Can download, answer all my mails, surf the web, store my ebooks, read my ebooks, and basically carry a pda with me in one device. Who knew when he got them that it would come in handle so often. Since we have had them we have been having a heck of a time with Roadrunner. Not Time warner's fault exactly. There is yet another new community going in our community and apparently they are having some wire issues because of it. (power goes out, cable goes out, we dont use landlines, so not sure about that)
I have been getting alot of hits and questions from Columbus ohio and Cleveland Ohio.
WOOPS said I wasn't going to talk about hair.
So the kids and I have been going to the allergist. We seem to be doing a good job of getting Wesley's asthma under control. He still has weird rash outbreaks, but at least he isnt having to have his xeponex all the time. Kaya, on the other hand, we are having problems with. Her exercise or physical asthma has been actting up. She has been on a steriod for several weeks and a neb. and she is still having problems.
I started my shots today. WHoo. Okay so I had a stupid moment in the allergist office. Now let's remember that I have been on allergy shots a lot of my life. However i only remember getting 1 shot 1 time a week. So I figured since I was having alot more problems that I would probably get two. HA!!! Who knew! TWO TIMES A WEEK! I am still excited though but man! I was not expecting more then two. Now i understand why they mentioned XOLAIR. I just figured that becuase my mom had so many problems getting on it that I didnt want to even try. That stuff is expensive. However do you know how awesome it would be to have just one day without a headache at all? Or with itching? I figure i am going to try the regular shots again for a while and see if I see any improvement. If I don't see anything change, then maybe the hassle will be worth it.
Philly has been doing well in school and has been working hard on getting the website working well. He is working on getting some great pictures on the site. HAHAHA!! He has even learned so much about the hair that he could do a speech on it for speech class! *laughs* How awesome is that?

Can't think of anything else to write about except that we are going to be hitting DAYTON, COLUMBUS, and CLEVELAND ohio in a couple of weeks. We are going to the car show in cleveland. I learned the hard way about not stopping to visit everyone when we are in town when Uncle John died, so I wont be doing that anymore. I will be making the time to stop and see as many as we can each time we go through.
Plus Kaya wants to see baby ben, and Wesley wants to see auntie ann (ME TOO ME TOO) and auntie hord hord. Papa and grandmother want to see the kids, so it is time to stop and smell the roses and make sure that we stay in contact with those that matter most.
