Some practitioners recommend massaging the perineum (the area between your vulva and your anus) to help you avoid having an episiotomy or tearing during childbirth.
I get this pregnancy newsletter thing. There's even like steps on how to do it. Want them too?
Um, it's when they like cut the perineum and vagina and stuff to make sure the baby can fit through and THEN! THEN they stitch it up afterwards w/ like no anesthetic cause I guess they figure that that pain can't compare to childbirth? Anyways basically it can lead to incontinence and I am so not going to be wetting myself at the age of 18 thank you.
Yeah, mine's supposed to involve warm water and a stool. It's ...gah. Yeah.
God, I just keep grossing you out. It's making me laugh.... but yeah, seriously? I'd be ecstatic if they decided on a C-Section. I can live with a scar, I have tons anyways :p
Dude, I don't know why people pro-create. There's like incontinence, and apparently you like bleed for a month straight after the kid pops out, and then there's the stretch marks, cracked nipples, saggy tits, and other lovely things.
Oh, and don't forget the persistant heartburn, inability to sleep and pinched sciatic nerves. OMFG it hurts to stand some days.

This is so not revenge because I didn't do anything anyways :p

It's not a bad thing? And like some women LOVE being pregnant... I don't know if I'm one of them, but I'm enjoying myself? Ish?
I just want my baby OUT of me....think I could do it via osmosis?
