I am feeling pretty good today. I will be teaching at Bella Beads tonight. That will be good.
On the job front, I have a few application materials out. The YMCA sent me a rejection letter. I am not entirely surprised there, but I am disappointed, as I found I liked being with an organization that helps children. That said, it is not all that I am interested in, and I am continuing to strive for a job that fits well with me. I am nervous because I only have 20 days until I am officially laid off.
On the craft front, I did a really good show last weekend. I sold a good deal of stuff, the company/help was good, and the show's promotion was good. The music was not too loud. Good times. I also came up with several new ideas or variations on old ones.
I find myself becoming a little frustrated, as I have been doing some work with chain maille. I'm going to try to get a book soon, as many of the finer points are eluding me. Once again, I find myself doing a craft that no one is selling.
