Meal Plan

Tuesday-fish, brussel sprouts* rice
Wednesday- beef, mushroom, spelt* soup (I'm substituting spelt for Barley)
Thursday- salad* with apples*
Friday-lemongrass* pad thai
Saturday-chili
Sunday- sushi
Monday-leftovers

I feel like this is a very protein heavy meal plan, but I'm still working with the WFMB, and we're kind of in a transition period from harvest foods, to winter foods. Lots of apples, and salad greens, but not enough to make a main dish.
