ok... (best month in so long). it's long and probably boring to other people. i will put picture of the day after my birthday(once i get them off perdi) and of my birthday dinner(when i buy a camera chord) up soon!
christmas...
caught the train to perdi's house on christmas eve. woke up early and opened our presents, all of which were excellent. highlights include the audrey hepburn dvd collection (i already had the movies, but not in a cool box haha), a giraffe teapot, socks (i really needed them), kookai underwear set, more dvds...um other stuff i can't remember.
perdi has recently got big on cooking so we made the best christmas breakfast, egg white omlettes and apricots stuffed with marscapone cheese (oh my god i could live on them). it was so good! then for lunch we had this yummy vegetarian pastie thing...i think it was more of a strudel. anyway it was like fetta and sweet potato and so yummy. and we had the best roast potatoes EVER. seriously. they were perfect. and for desert we had my new all time favourite food...blueberry and banana tart on this yummy ginger and buttermilk crust. so delicious. then we sang some christmas carols and watched movies for a bit. went to heather's house for christmas dinner. it was really nice. we had the best vegetarian lasagne, drank some wine and played pictionary. and my team won because i am the pictionary king. yes, king.

boxing day...
went to chadstone to meet up with christian and his family...we had a big lunch at the pancake parlour and then went shopping. apart from the crowds that was really fun. i was happy that the girl at the bead shop could fix the necklace i made for perdi. i got dropped home and i think pretty much went straight to sleep.
birthday eve...
went to the movies to see king kong with emelia, ali, sean, kirsten, chris, tom, adam and cassie. the movie was really shit but the company was so great. and the girls got me the best birthday present...this necklace that i have wanted for like the whole year so much. i love it. thank you!! it was a good night :).
birthday...
christian came to pick me up and i spent like half an hour crying because i missed figaro, which was a bit weird, but then i felt fabulous. christian got me a chanel bag!!! everyone knows how obsessed i am, so it's not neccessary to say how much i love it. he also got me a toy kitty because i can't have a real one haha. amazing presents!! we went and got waffles and juice, walked around the city a little bit and then went to malvern to go visit my favourite cafe and favourite op shop...both of which were closed haha. but we got these awesome noodles for dinner, then went to the moonlight cinema to watch charlie and the chocolate factory. it was a perfect perfect night. good weather, good food, good drink, cuddling on the picnic rug. afterwards we drove to perdi's house (long drive!) and saw alex and perdi before going to sleep.

day after birthday (best day of the whole year)...
me, perdi and christian woke up early and got ready to go horse riding. i used to own a horse and ride everyday, but i haven't been for like 5 years since i sold her, so i was very excited. we drove to the place, which is like the coolest place ever. it's this ranch type thing, and they have a wildlife park there and all these cool western type things, and lots of horses, and peacocks. and basically it was just really cool. we went on a three hour trail ride to the beach and back (through the bush). it was so amazing. christian had never ridden before, but he actually really liked it. and i loved it because there was this other experienced girl and we had a race down the beach (i lost...but my horse was older!! haha) it was so good to ride again. my horse was called pale face and she was awesome. it was a really good ride. perdi had fun too and didn't really get the naught horse for once. everyone had fun i think.
after horse riding we went to mornington peninsula mineral spa...or whatever it's called haha. it's like this natural hot spring, and they've built a day spa around it. it was the best place i've ever been. we spent about 3 hours there, sitting in the nice hot water, going in the sauna, going on the massagers, jumping into the icy pool and sunbaking. it was the most relaxed i have been all year i think and it was just perfection.
at night time we went to see narnia at gold class. i love that movie so much, and none of us had ever been to gold class before, so it was really excellent. then we had to say bye to perdi which was sad :(. drove back to the city.

new years eve...
for new years, me, alex and christian drove to sara's boyfriends beach house in rosebud. the drive up was a lot of fun. and when we finally got to safety beach (fucking IGA bitches bad directions) it was so hot and the water was really nice. went swimming and played ball for a while. met up with sara, lauren, salv and michael. it was so good to see lauren again! then we drove back to salv's place and after showers and stuff started drinking. i was hitting the vino hard haha. the boys all played cricket and all the girls sat around talking for ages. best conversations. i love it how sometimes you can be so honest and open with people that you barely know, but can't tell the people that you know best certain things. it's strange. but it was great (apart from the mosquitos). alex, christian and i played black jack for a while in the backyard casino, until i bet everything and went bust (there's a reason i don't gamble). then we talked some more. then as the night progressed we played ring of fire (if you know the game you will know how drunk we all got). alex ended up passing out and throwing up before the countdown...and i threw a glass of water on his face to wake him up and he got really mad haha. the countdown was awesome. i've never had new years eve with a boyfriend before, it was nice to have someone to kiss at midnight. except that i accidently headbutted christian haha. it was a great night. lauren and sara were disgusted at how much i swear. we sat inside watching video hits until someone set the lawn on fire with crappy fire works haha. then we planned sara and salv's wedding to salv's horror. then we decided it would be a good idea to do vanilla vodka and malibu shots. it wasn't. shortly afterwards it was time for me to go to bed haha. me and christian slept in his car (sorry for taking the passenger side baby, i just passed out haha). it was a pretty good sleep till we got attacked by ants.

to bring on 2006 in style (and rain) we went to perdi's barbeque. it was a lot of fun and i got to see ben in the first time for a year!! glen and alex were there too. it was a lot of fun and we all ate a lot. the drive home was so much fun. making up songs about the tea bag monster haha. i love christian and alex. luca came over for a while at night, it was good to see him again, though i wish i could cheer him up!!

ok i'll show pictures when i get my camera chord. it was seriously such a good night. we went to a restaurant in china town and ate lots of good food with lots of great people. i booked a table for 20 and was scared no one would come, but everyone showed up. i had the best time. thank you for coming everyone. we walked around the city for a while trying to decide where to go out afterwards, but after a few stop offs at other clubs me, perdi, christian, glenn, alex and ben ended up and ding dongs dancing all night. a really really good night in everyway. i hope the rest of the year is this fun.
