This is me not trying to gnaw through my own jugular after dealing with the Oregon Employment Department's case of "we can't send out time-sensative paperwork in a timely manner, so we're going to call you and ask the same damn questions that were on the paperwork that you scrambled to get to us in time. And then we might have made a decision as to whether or not you can have you unemployment benefits. Just keep claiming so we can send you the paperwork saying we can't grant you the payment because we are still trying to make a decision, because we can't send out time-sensative paperwork in a timely manner, so we have to call you."
