I just got cut off by a van full of hispanic teenagers and their Mom.
They said I was in the left turn only lane. I was not. The officers were also Hispanic, hardly spoke to me, and used my tire tracks resulting from my removing the vehicle from the final rest to cite me for failure to obey a traffic device.
Again. Tire tracks, started in a wet puddle, moving from final rest to where I parked my car.
