Surprise, Surprise
Southern Cali is burning down again. SHEESH. I remember when I was kid, we had bad fires every few years or so, max. These days, it's like every other weekend there's some huge fire going off polluting the air, burning down homes, et cetera. It's nuts.
So, we're okay here, for those of you that might be worried. We can see the fire in Slymar, as it is a neighboring community (somewhat) but we aren't super close to any of them. We can see the smoke coming up off the mountain from the flames in Slymar, but no orange, thankfully. I get worried when I'm close enough to SEE the flames. The air quality here is usually better than most other areas of So Cali, and I'm so thankful for that. The smoke all throughout LA is BAD. Here, you smell it, but it's waaaay worse everywhere else. Sean had to go to work today and wore a mask the air was so bad. :( I'm just trying to stay indoors as much as possible.
And trying not to go crazy. -_-;
