Hi Mama,

Sorry at ngayon lang po ako nakaemail sa inyo. I was really busy these past few days and would rather lounge and sew (yes sew see attached) by the time i get home instead of going online.. hehe masarap siyang therapy after a long day at work, slumped in front of the computer. I miss Manikako workshops..

i made this postcard container the other day with scraps from a top i had tailored.

Glad to hear about papa's exhibit at his old college friend's gallery. Send Photos! or I'll just visit when i get there.

morning glory. ever notice your face is flatter in the morning?

Anyhow, i took some photos of the plants the other day as you requested. These are taken early morning around 7 am when i woke up (evidence is in one of the photos).. The plants like the people are thriving quite well. Kat, the flowering plant (i don't know what exactly it's called) has shed her first batch of flowers and has now produced about 3 new peach colored blooms! hihihi, hopefully before we leave for Christmas break she'd produce more.

Rad (short for radical) and Kat with Merlin

Hung, the maid will be taking care of them, as Odie insists that we keep her while we're away for 2 weeks - I'm still thinking what to make her do as there will be no laundry to wash or beds to make.. I assure you i didn't choose to be pampered like this.. hehe. I don't have a photo here, but last last week i embellished Merlin, the mini pine tree, with Christmas lights (remember those mini lanterns you hung by the huge mirror in the living room?). Odie took photos of our mini tree but i was afraid our maid will water the plant and my poor christmas lanterns will get soak, so i uninstalled them.

I bum here in the mornings and get my vitamin C.

As for the interiors, we've been maintaining the things you arranged except for the coffee table which i've designated as my craft table.. As you can see the shelves are now empty after Erika left. I've tried filling it in with the few books i own here. hehe I can' believe I've accumulated more than 10 books already, one is even 5 inches thick. It's heavy and i hope i don't get baggage overweight when i come back next year. Erika left her antique jewelry cabinet - the one in the hallway remember? Sayang nga e..

empty shelves..

ayun po, that's it for now my dear mama,
love love

Hannah

P.S.
Wiji, Denise and Rovi will be coming here on Feb 1!! We're doing the 12 hour bus ride to Cambodia. haha, so excited.

P.P.S.
I got really sick (Asthma and ubo) last week and was tempted to call you but thought i'd rather not worry you. I'm ok now! Wore the magical necklace thing you gave me and drank pepakwa and lagundi.
