i have an interview with the freep today, for a job that does not exist and probably will continue not to exist. I've interviewed with the freep before, and it's always gone well, but i've never gotten any of the positions i've applied for (and they actually existed). The problem is, and I've known this for awhile, is that the Freep is a very strong believer in minority placement and advancement. And I, being a blonde haired, blue-eyed Catholic Caucasian, am in no way a minority. I am also not a native Detroiter. But whatever. I forsee this as being one of many, many, many, many interviews for non-positions that will occur over the next couple months. Yay.
