just 'cause - you know - i never post anymore
and because a few people have sought me out through msn...
i'm still around. worked a lot over this past summer and fall, mostly in one place (which is a bit of a change from my usual, all-over-the-city freelancing thing.) haven't been goin out as much as i used to, partly because of work and partly because my guy has a 9-5 and can't go out on weekdays with me. my best girl also works all week and i eventually realised that it just isn't as much fun to go out alone anymore (especially when i can hang out with my own selves, dancing to whatever tunes we choose with as many costume changes as we like!)
so that's where i've been.
had a great christmas. six days with my family (including my awesome 1&1/3yr-old nephew, and an aunt who flew in from new zealand) before coming back to toronto to work new year's eve at nathan philips square (as i've done for the past couple of years now.)
uh... what else? spent a chunk of today fixing things on my mac. it's amazing just how much useful advice you can get from the right forums. makes me feel a bit silly to have procrastinated for so long.
and it's ice fishing season again, so i hope to post again soon with some fish photos taken with the shiny digital camera i got for christmas. :)
other than that i'll probably just continue to lurk in the shadows of LJ, making the occasional comment...
