Summary: Kyuhyun doesn't know why he was running away, but once he does he ends up living together with twelve other guys who all have found a home together. (Sucky summary)

"Alright, we’ll be back after a short break. Please wait for our special guests to join us afterwards." Once given the all clear from the PD, Kyuhyun and Jongwoon stood up and walked out of the studio. Hyukjae was standing near the entrance with Donghae and stepped forward once the other two walked out. "Hey Hyukie. Where’s Jungsu hyung?"
"Something came up so he had to head home. He didn’t tell me what though."
"Can I join in his place?" Donghae asked as he set his chin on Hyukjae’s shoulder and wrapped his arms around the older’s waist.
"That’s up to the PD, not me." Jongwoon mentioned pointing over to the PD.
Donghae immediately ran over and started begging the PD to allow him on the program. The other three left to set up for Hyukjae and possibly Donghae before the break was over. The fish burst into the recording room with a huge smile on his face as he shouted that he was allowed on the program. He took his seat and just started spinning as the others tried to finish the set up. One of the assistants came in and gave Hyukjae a script for him and Donghae. The PD gave them the signal for one minute until they were back on air and Kyuhyun and Jongwoon settled into their seats as Hyukjae stopped Donghae and got him calm enough to start recording.
"Hello listeners, we are back with more Miracle for You. Kyuhyun and I are now joined by our special quests Eunhyuk and Donghae. Leeteuk hyung was suppose to be here but unfortunately something came up and so Donghae is joining us instead. I hope you are not too upset."
"Hi everyone. Were many of you listening to us when Kyuhyun and Yesung hyung joined us over on the other program? Hopefully you were. Kyuhyun and Yesung hyung both gave excellent performances and a little later they will be performing a duet they’ve been working on for the last couple of days."
"That’s so exciting. I heard them earlier and read a lot of the comments. Many viewers said they wanted to hear them sing together, so they have to be listening now so their wish can be fulfilled." Donghae added to Hyukjae’s statement.
"I’m so nervous. Earlier was the first time I ever sang for anyone and now to sing with Yesung hyung, ah it makes me nervous. I hope I don’t disappoint anyone."
"You’ll do fine. You guys have practiced." Donghae encouraged. "But you know, if you do mess up Ryeowook might come after you." The boys all shared a laugh as they thought of the young boy attacking Jongwoon and Kyuhyun before they continued on with the show. About forty-five minutes into the show it was finally time for Kyuhyun and Jongwoon’s duet.
"Has everyone been waiting patiently? Well whether you have or not, the wait is over and it’s time for Kyuhyun and Yesung hyung to sing their first ever duet."
"Donghae I think you take over for Teukie hyung a little too well." Jongwoon stated.
"I’ve been a guest on Eunhyuk and Leeteuk hyung’s program so many times I could be a DJ myself." Donghae teased earning him a hard poke from his boyfriend. When everyone was ready Kyuhyun looked over at Jongwoon and the music started and the two began singing. Kyuhyun felt as if all time had stopped when he was singing with the older and yet at the same time the song was over too quickly.
"Wow they sound so amazing together. Ne, Donghae."
"Yeah. I think they’re great. Listeners, are you all happy with the duet?" As it was also a visual broadcast many fans were outside the building looking in and you could hear a chorus of ‘yes’ from the crowd. "Even the listeners think it was amazing. No doubt that it’s a true fact now."
"All of the incoming messages from fans all say the same as us. Ah here’s an interesting comment. 6503 says ‘All the oppas at the house must be so lucky to hear Yesung oppa and Kyuhyun oppa sing all the time.’ Well she is partially right, though I’m not sure I would consider it lucky sometimes."
"I think I annoy the hyungs sometimes with how much I sing at home. But Yesung hyung never sings at home. I heard him sing once at home and then he remembered I was in the room and stopped. SO if I want to hear hyung sing I have to listen with all of you." Kyuhyun explained.
"Yeah Yesung hyung never sings at home. But Kyuhyun’s singing is just odd sometimes." Kyuhyun, knowing what Hyukjae is about say, hides his face. "Kyuhyun sings all the time, he almost always has music on or at least the radio and is singing along to everything. He’ll sit in the living room with Kibum and Heechul Hyung and they’ll play online games. Kyuhyun will put on music and he’ll be singing and then stop to say something to the other two and then go right back to singing. Or if he is playing by himself, he’ll sit there singing and then you’ll just hear him yelling at the game before going back to singing. He’s just ‘La la la la DIE YOU BRATS lala la la.’" Everyone laughed at Hyukjae’s imitation as Kyuhyun tried to hide himself farther but Jongwoon stopped him. "I’m serious, that’s how he is."
"I can’t help it, I just automatically sing. I’ve always loved to sing and I used to not be able to but now I can so I guess I’m making up for the years I couldn’t just openly sing." Kyuhyun stated still hiding and face all red.
"Why couldn’t you sing?" Donghae asked.
"My Aboji was pretty strict, more with my noona then with me, but we could only study and I was permitted an hour of gaming a night after all my work was done. And even though I loved to sing he wouldn’t allow for music while studying or let me sing. He said it would distract me from being a model student and fill my head with silly dreams of being a singer. The only way I got to sing was when my aboji wasn’t home and then once my omma made my aboji let me take singing lessons once a week."
"Your omma supported your singing?"
"Completely, she liked to listen to me sing. She wanted to be a singer when she was younger and always sang me to sleep when I was a child. I think it made us closer and that’s why she wanted me to sing."
"Do you miss your parents?" Donghae asked.
"Sometimes. But I don’t know what happened to them to know how much I should miss them."
"We’ll figure it out." Hyukjae said as he gave Kyuhyun a comforting squeeze to the younger’s shoulder.
"Well now that Kyuhyun has shared his story about why he sings, how about Yesung hyung tells us why he won’t." Donghae added turning the conversation towards the oldest.
"I don’t think we have enough time for that today." Jongwoon nervously said but the PD gave them the go ahead and Jongwoon was out of luck. "Okay, well it looks like PD-nim is working against me. Well it’s actually my omma’s fault I sing in the first place. She pushed me to be a singer and signed me up for my first singing competition. Although it wasn’t what I really wanted to do at first the more competitions I did, the more I enjoyed them. I was good at them too, I won first place in a lot of competitions. In my third year of middle school, there was this girl I liked and I had her come to my competition and I confessed to her through a song. But I made a small mistake during the song so ended up losing the competition. Even so I excitedly ran over to my crush and asked her what she thought. She told me my singing sucked and I was some weirdo kid who couldn’t even win a singing competition and to never speak to her again. I was so crushed that I never wanted to sing again. I dropped out of all competitions and told my omma that I was never going to sing again. That broke her heart and she was so upset and disappointed in me. A couple years later, I apologized to her but stuck by my decision. Then I moved here. Not much else to tell."
"You stopped singing because of a girl?" Hyukjae almost started laughing at the fact.
"Yes I did. And I couldn’t very easily go back after I missed the next couple of competitions. People knew about me in the area. It was a bit of news that I just disappeared from the competitions. Anyone who paid attention to the singing competitions knew who Kim Jongwoon was."
"So you’re saying you were famous."
"Yes Donghae, I was famous in a way. But it’s been so long that it’s probably forgotten now."
"So why do you sing on the radio?" Kyuhyun decided to ask.
"Because the PD made me."
"Oh." The other three said in unison.
"Well that’s about all the time we have for tonight, so everyone say goodbye."
"Wow he changes subjects fast. But it is time to say goodbye. It was fun being on Miracle for you. The whole night was fun, I hope we can do it again in the future. We’ll work on getting Yesung hyung to sing more, especially with Kyuhyun. See you guys next time." Eunhyuk motioned for Donghae to go next.
"Well I wasn’t originally suppose to be on here today but I’m glad I was. It’s fun watching Kyuhyun have his radio debut. And well maybe I’ll become a permanent guest on Yesung hyung’s program too. See you next time."
"My first time on radio and I did two programs. I guess that’s one way to really introduce someone on radio. I think I’ll still be nervous the next time I come on if everyone will let me, but I’ll get better. And the next time I perform I’ll make it even better for you all. I just hope I didn’t disappoint anyone and that I can join Yesung hyung and the others on their programs again. Goodbye."
"Did everyone enjoy all the guests? I hope you did. It’s interesting having some of my housemates here to host the show with me. If you guys liked it enough we’ll try and do it again. And well you all have met many of the members so if you want one to join me again just request and we’ll see if I can get them on. Don’t forget to tell us how the show was. See you tomorrow and thank you for listening to Yesung’s Miracle for You." Jongwoon closed the show and they got the clear from the PD and started packing up.
Hyukjae and Donghae headed out of the building first but were caught by the fans so the four ended up leaving at the same time.

"I’m so tired. I just want to pass out in my bed now." Kyuhyun said leaning on Jongwoon’s shoulder as they walked into the house, Donghae and Hyukjae following behind. "Better yet, can I sleep in yours?"
"No. Use your own bed."
"Aw, so mean."
"Kyuhyun!" They heard Jungsu shout from the living room. The four stopped and all decided to head over with Kyuhyun.
"Yeah hyung?" Kyuhyun asked as he opened the door and then froze once it was open the rest of the way. "Noona?"
"That’s your sister?" Hyukjae asked a little stunned. Jongwoon looked over at the youngest boy and shook him a bit.
"Hey, you alright?"
"Uh yeah."
"Come sit down you guys." Youngwoon instructed. He was sitting next to Jungsu on the couch across from where Ahra was sitting. Everyone else in the house was scattered around the room, sitting where they could, most looking half-asleep. Kyuhyun slowly inched towards the couch to sit next to his sister as the Eunhae couple ran over to where Sungmin was sitting and stood over by him. Jongwoon stayed where he was and just leaned against the doorframe.
"So, this is why you had to go home hyung?" Hyukjae asked breaking the silence.
"Yeah, she had called me right after Sukira ended and asked to meet me outside."
"Why didn’t you call Kyuhyun and tell him? Why wait until we got home?"
"Because I didn’t want Kyuhyun to meet with her until she stopped thinking that we did something to him and kidnapped him."
"You think they kidnapped me?" Kyuhyun finally spoke up.
"You were gone and then I find you with them acting like nothing had happened. What do you expect me to think?"
"I have no idea what happened. I collapsed on the side of the road and they found me, took me in, and have taken care of me. I’ve been free to leave whenever I wanted to, but I didn’t have anywhere else to go. I only remember about us moving, I don’t know where we moved, why we moved, or what happened after we moved, so how am I suppose to act? We went to a doctor a couple days after they took me in and he said I had traumatic amnesia, where I forced myself to forget anything to do with a specific event. The hyungs and I were talking and decided it was probably something to do with the move but I don’t know what. So I decided I would rather try and happily live with the hyungs and hope I would eventually remember instead of chasing after some shadows that I didn’t even know where to start looking for."
"I didn’t know. But how could I? I didn’t know where you went, I thought you would run and find somewhere to hide and come back the next day. Instead you were no where to be found."
"What happened Ahra? What did Kyuhyun need to run and hide from?" Jungsu finally asked the one question everyone in the room wanted the answer to.
"Our parents were murdered and our house set on fire." Everyone was stunned and stared at the girl but didn’t say anything and just waited for her to continue. "We moved right after Kyuhyun finished school, Aboji had received some threats and wanted to move us somewhere safer and didn’t tell anyone where we moved in hopes that we wouldn’t be found. Our father was a businessman and I don’t know who was threatening him but it was enough for us to move. We were cautious the first month but we seemed okay so we let our guard down a little. But at the end of July, the thirtieth, someone sneaked into our house. Our parents went down to investigate and Kyuhyun had come into my room just as an argument could be heard from downstairs. There were two staircases in our house and we tried to go down the other stairs, away from the argument, but there were men standing in the room there. We quickly tried to run into one of the closets when they weren’t looking but they saw me when I was trying to get in after I pushed Kyuhyun in. They grabbed me and tied me loosely to one of the chairs. At one point the men left to go to the room our parents were arguing in and I called the police with my cell phone that I always kept in my pocket, even when I’m sleeping. I motioned for Kyuhyun to leave and just as I did our parents screamed and we heard two hard thuds. At the angle I was placed I could see our aboji laying on the floor dead. I cried out to them and the men came back into the room and I yelled for Kyuhyun to run before they got him. A couple men chased him out the door while a couple others started a fire in the room where my parents were. I was so sure I was going to die and I was just hoping Kyuhyun would be able to get away and tell the police what happened. But the police arrived shortly after Kyuhyun ran and got me out safely. I told them about Kyuhyun before they took me to the hospital. They were supposed to find him and tell me he was safe. But the next day one cop came into my hospital room and said they couldn’t find him and that they were still looking. For the next few days the police kept asking what happened and in that time, they never found Kyuhyun."
"So how did you find him?" Heechul asked a little annoyed. Jungsu turned around and gave him a look. "I just want to know."
"I wondered if he might’ve headed back to our old home so I tried there first and the neighbors all said they hadn’t seen him. Same from the new owners of the house. So I got an apartment with some of the inheritance money and just started looking around the city. Then finally one day I ran into Joon and he said he saw Kyuhyun a couple times and that he had a job. So I knew he was here and I finally found him a couple days ago with Jungsu-shi and Jongwoon-shi. I found out Jungsu was a radio DJ and set out to contact him and well here I am."
"So aboji and omma are dead?"
"Yes. It’s just you and me left." Kyuhyun seemed at a lost for words and didn’t know what else to say.
"Maybe we should just let him sleep on the information and we can pick it back up in the morning." Jungsu suggested. "We can set up a room for you to sleep so you don’t need to get back home tonight."
"Actually I want to take him home. Tonight."
"WHAT!" Jongwoon and Ryeowook shouted at once while everyone else was shocked and just staring at her or Jongwoon and Ryeowook.
"Why tonight? We know you want your brother with you but why take him tonight? You tell him everything that happened, that he had forgotten, and that’s a lot to put on him and you’re not going to give him time to let it set in before you take him away? How is that taking care of your brother?" Jongwoon yelled before storming out of the room. Ryeowook ran after the older man as everyone else was stunned at his sudden outburst. Kyuhyun wanted to chase after them but he didn’t know if he could, he didn’t want to upset his sister when he meets her again for the first time in a long while.
"I have a right to take him." She mumbled.
"Noona? I’m not sure I want to go. It’s a little sudden."
"Kyuhyun you need to come back home."
"Can I at least go speak to him?" Kyuhyun nervously asked.
"That other boy went after him, why do you need to go?"
"Because I just do."
"Fine. GO." Kyuhyun quietly thanked Ahra before racing off towards Jongwoon’s room. Ryeowook was already trying to talk to him, but Jongwoon refused to listen to anything the younger was saying.
"Hyung."
"Kyu why are you here, shouldn’t you be with your sister?"
"I wanted to talk to you. And I needed some space to breathe. It’s just too much at once." He said as he took a seat next to Jongwoon on the bed.
"Kyuhyun, do you want to leave?" Ryeowook asked.
"Honestly, not really. I mean I want to be with my sister but I don’t want to leave here. I’m used to living here now."
"So don’t go, just stay here." Jongwoon spoke up.
"I don’t think I can."
"Kyuhyun?" Jungsu said as he walked into the room. "We might have a small solution. We know you aren’t ready to leave, but your sister does deserve to have you again. So we decided you would go with her for a month and afterwards you can choose where you want to live. Unfortunately she refuses to wait until tomorrow."
"A month with my sister and then the choice is mine?"
"Yes."
"Be thankful we managed to get it to a month, she wanted it to be a year." Heechul added.
"Okay, I guess I have to go pack then." Kyuhyun slid out of the room to start packing and Ryeowook followed. Everyone else headed out back to the living room while a few slunk back to their beds. It was around three in the morning when Kyuhyun and Ahra were ready to leave.
"We can take you guys home if you want." Jungsu suggested.
"No, the cab should be here any moment." She stated, ready to walk out the door.
"Alright then." Jungsu was a little short of words. "Well I guess now is the time to say bye. Feel free to visit whenever you want or call. Other then that, I guess see you in a month. We’ll miss you." Jungsu pulled Kyuhyun into a tight hug, not wanting to let him go.
"I’ll miss you too, hyung."
"Hyung, let the rest of us give him a hug goodbye." Ryeowook said.
"Oh yeah, sorry."
"Yeah, Jungsu is just being his usual omma self." Heechul said and gave Kyuhyun a quick hug ignoring the glare from the oldest. The others who were still up each gave the youngest a hug until Ryeowook was left.
"Don’t worry, we’ll see you soon enough. And see hyung when you have a chance. I’ll miss you. Please come back." Ryeowook said and gave the younger a peck on the cheek. There was then a knock on the door signaling that the taxi arrived.
"I guess that’s our ride. Tell everyone else goodbye for me." Kyuhyun said as Ahra impatiently waited at the door.
"Wait!" Jongwoon shouted, running down the stairs. "One, you can’t leave without saying bye to me. Two, you can’t leave without this." Jongwoon stated and handed the boy a small box.
"What’s this?"
"Just open it." Kyuhyun did so and found a necklace that matched Jongwoon’s headphone necklace.
"This isn’t your necklace is it?"
"No, I’m still wearing mine. I knew you liked it so I got you a matching one when we went to the mall on your first day."
"Thank you, hyung." Kyuhyun said and was immediately pulled into another hug.
"Kyuhyun, come on." Ahra said pushing him to move. Kyuhyun started to turn to head out the door but Jongwoon stopped him and kissed the younger boy.
"Just promise when this month is over you’ll come back." Jongwoon said once he broke the kiss. Kyuhyun gave a quick nod before his sister dragged him out the door, leaving behind the sullen members.
A/N: I'm soooooooo sorry!!!! I did not mean to disappear for over 2 months on this story. I feel so bad. :( I hope you all still like and are going to continue to read. I've already started on chapter 11 so it shouldn't be too long until I update but I won't promise it will be within a week.
