Summary: Kyuhyun doesn't know why he was running away, but once he does he ends up living together with twelve other guys who all have found a home together. (Sucky summary)

"Did we get everyone?’
"I think so." Ryeowook answered Jongwoon as they walked out of the mall with Kyuhyun.
"Yeah, we got all the members of the house except each other. Your parents and brother, my noona, Heechul hyung and Jungsu hyung’s noonas, and I think that’s all we needed." Kyuhyun finished going over the list of people to buy for.
"I would say let’s get something for some of the other relatives coming to visit but we’ve never met them to know what they want."
"We don’t know who all is visiting except Donghae’s family. Everyone else is unsure if they’ll make it, even Siwon’s parents who live in the city." Kyuhyun explained.
"Uh, we still have the list of things that Jungsu hyung would like us to get."
"How much is on it Wookie?"
"Fifteen or so items. Some of it he wants multiple of."
"Well where should we head first?"
"The home décor store, that’s where a lot of the items are. Hyung wants us to get some new sheets, blankets, and pillow cases since a lot of the remaining ones that have been in the closets are not in good shape."
"Yeah, I was helping Sungmin with the laundry yesterday, and some of them had stains or holes in them." Kyuhyun added in as they headed towards the shop. "Did he want anything specific?"
"Uh, it says the BEG brand and various colors."
"Okay. He wants six of each. So one for each color of the rainbow?" Jongwoon suggested.
"No, we should get a white and maybe a black too. A blue, maybe, and a green. Yellow and magenta, I guess. Those wouldn’t be bad colors. I think that’s what a bunch of the old ones were anyways."
"Fine, Wookie you go find the pillow cases, Kyu, the sheets and I’ll get the blankets. All the beds in the house are queen size so make sure it fits."
"Okay." The younger two said and split up down the aisles to find what they needed. After that, they found the other various items Jungsu asked for at the décor store.
"I’ll run this out to the van if you two want to get us some food."
"You sure you don’t need help?"
"No I got it Kyu." Jongwoon said grabbing the bags and heading for the exit. Kyuhyun and Ryeowook turned the other way and went to the food court instead.
"You guys went down to see his parents yesterday?" Wookie suddenly asked while they were waiting in line.
"Yeah, we had the day off and well I haven’t had the chance to meet them, so we decided to make it a day trip."
"Were you nervous?"
"Yes! How could I not be? I’m dating their son and hadn’t even spoken with them over the phone. I didn’t even know if Jongwoon hyung told them about me. And since I didn’t have a normal family at all, I had no idea how they would react."
"Well I don’t know if he had talked about you but I do know that they knew he was bi. "
"Yeah, when we got there his omma ran out of the house and gave him a big hug before doing the same to me. He did talk about me, and apparently she was bugging hyung about meeting me as soon as possible. His appa was stern at first but lightened up after a couple hours and decided I was alright for Jongwoon hyung."
"So you have the official parents’ approval?"
"Yup. His Omma kept asking when we were thinking of marriage and if we were planning on adopting some kids and how soon it would be."
"Haha, sounds like she put you in an awkward situation."
"It was! Thankfully Jongwoon hyung was able to answer everything and get her to stop asking so many questions."
"What questions?" Jongwoon asked once the two made it over to the table he waved them over too.
"Your omma’s questions yesterday."
"Oh. Sorry, she can get pushy when she’s excited."
"I didn’t mind as long as she liked me and didn’t have a problem with us dating." Jongwoon ruffled the magnae’s hair and he leaned against the older.
"All this talk about parents is kind of making me wonder how mine are doing."
"Would you like to see them, Wookie?" Jongwoon asked as he stared at the younger with his head down, not even bothering to eat the food in front of him.
"I don’t know. I mean, they’re my parents but by law I belong to Jungsu now. And I have no idea how they will react to seeing me, especially since I got them in trouble."
"Well whatever happens, Jongwoon hyung and I will be there to back you up."
"So? Are we going to go after we finish hyung’s list?"
"…Uh…Yeah. I just want to see."
"Okay, well eat up, I don’t need to pass out from not eating and running around the mall."
"I’m not sure I’m hungry anymore."
"Eat anyways. We’re not going anywhere until at least half of your plate is finished." Jongwoon threatened before he moved around the table to sit next to Ryeowook and force him to eat. As soon as Ryeowook had half his plate cleared, he pushed the plate towards Kyuhyun and shook his head when Jongwoon tried to get him to eat more.
"I will throw up if I eat any more. Half of my plate is gone, so I don’t have to eat anymore."
"Alright, I guess you ate enough." Jongwoon cleaned up their table and the three went back to finishing their errand list. Ryeowook sat quietly in the back seat on the way to his parents’ house just staring out the window. He was in such a daze that he didn’t even realize that they arrived, until Jongwoon tapped his shoulder.
"Huh?"
"We’re here."
"Oh." He immediately cast his eyes downward and slowly climbed out of the van. Kyuhyun gave him a reassuring hug before they walked up to the door. Ryeowook was too nervous, so Jongwoon pressed the doorbell for him. They waited nervously as they heard footsteps approach the door, Kyuhyun rested a hand on Wookie’s shoulder and Jongwoon had a hand on the small of his back to support him.
"Hello?" The woman asked as she opened the door. Her face fell into a scowl once she saw Ryeowook. "What are you doing here?"
"I…I…"
"Speak up boy. I can’t hear you."
"I just wanted to see how you were."
"Why do you want to know? You left us and even put your father in jail. Why worry about how we are doing? You worthless little boy." Wookie backed up a little further into Jongwoon hand and covered his face with a hand, trying not to cry. "What? You going to cry now? Such a pathetic fool."
"Hey! He is not pathetic! My mom wasn’t the best mom in the world but at least she took care of my sister and me! But you? You can’t even take care of your own son! What kind of mother are you? If he is pathetic then what does that make you? You’re his mother so you have to be worthless too in order to make something worthless! But guess what? He’s not worthless! He deserves to be living more then you do! My parents are dead, and yet worthless scum like you are still here!" Kyuhyun shouted and pulled Ryeowook back to the van.
"Be lucky he was the one to say something, because you wouldn’t have wanted it to be me. I would like to punch your face in right now, but I don’t think Ryeowook would like that very much, so I’ll spare you. You may have been forgiven if you walked into your house and started bawling but I doubt you’ll do that. You won’t see us here again. You might as well forget you ever had a son." Jongwoon said in a low voice, making sure she understood how serious he was before walking over to the other two. Kyuhyun was gently hugging Ryeowook and swaying back and forth to comfort him. "Are you alright Wookie?" He asked going back to his normal tone.
"Yeah."
"I’m sorry, we shouldn’t have pushed you to come here."
"It’s not your fault. We didn’t know how she would act. She could have been upset and all apologetic or just as she was. If anything, coming here reassures me that I made the right choice by running away. Can we go home to Jungsu omma now?"
"Yeah, let’s go home." Jongwoon gave Ryeowook a quick hug to be sure he was alright before taking them home.
"What took you guys so long? And why does it look like Wookie was crying? Who made my baby cry?" Jungsu asked as soon as the three entered the house.
"Sorry we made an extra stop before coming home. Wookie wanted to see how his mother was." Jongwoon explained.
"What? Why? Is she the one who made you cry? Why would you go there? Did she hurt you at all?" Jungsu panicked as he made sure Ryeowook was alright.
"Hyung, I’m okay. Kyuhyun and Jongwoon hyung made sure of that. Thanks hyung." Ryeowook gave Jungsu a hug, which startled the older, before he headed upstairs to start wrapping gifts.
"Is he really okay?"
"Yes Jungsu, he reconfirmed his decision to be here, so in fact I think he might be a little better then he was." Jungsu breathed a sigh of relief and told the two what they could do with the items he asked them to pick up.
"You can go ahead and take those upstairs, I’ll take the bedding and that to the laundry room."
"Oh Jongwoon, your omma called and she said that they decided to come earlier, so they’ll be here tonight. Donghae’s family is coming tonight as well."
"Why didn’t she call me?"
"I don’t know, but make sure you have the room for your parents and the room for your brother all set up."
"Okay, Kyuhyun and I will start working on that once I get these in the wash. Got it Kyu?"
"Yeah, I got it." Kyuhyun waved him off before taking the remaining bags upstairs and dropping them off where Jungsu needs them. Since it was going to take Jongwoon longer to get up to the rooms, Kyuhyun grabbed the duster first and headed into the first room in their wing that was free and began cleaning it up.
"You already started. I assumed you would’ve waited for me and taken the chance to play a round of your game."
"Yeah, well I think Jungsu hyung might have killed me if I didn’t go straight to work. He is really stressed out with everyone coming."
"It’s the first time that we have everyone staying over for Christmas and as the oldest, he wants to show the parents that he’s taking good care of everyone. Though, I’m pretty sure they all already know that. He’s also a little more stressed since he’s not entirely sure who all is going to be here. Kibum’s family said that they will try to be here, but haven’t confirmed yet, and Hangeng’s family hasn’t said whether they’ll be able to make it yet either."
"Okay, yeah that might stress someone out." When the two finally finished cleaning both of the rooms it was time for dinner, though they were eating a little later then usual since everyone was so busy. A few of the guys went Christmas tree hunting while Kangin and Sungmin worked on some of the last repairs on the house. Others were cleaning, wrapping gifts, or decorating and overall just crazy in the house.
"Please tell me the rooms are ready for our quests tonight." Jungsu asked at the beginning of dinner.
"We just need the sheets to dry and they’ll be ready. Other then that, they’re ready to go." Jongwoon answered.
"Good. I don’t know when they’ll be here but everything needs to be ready."
"Don’t worry hyung, Sungmin and I finished the last couple of repairs on the house and the walkways and driveway are all shoveled. Shindong, Kibum, Heechul, and Siwon have the tree up and it just needs to be decorated. Everyone else has been cleaning like crazy, this place is almost spotless." Youngwoon explained to ease Jungsu’s worries.
"Okay, well make sure we get the beds made right after dinner and that dishes get done immediately."
"We know hyung." Everyone answered in unison.
"Youngwoon, can’t you do something about him?" Heechul asked the younger in a hushed tone.
"If I could, don’t you think I would’ve already?" Youngwoon whispered back. Everyone who heard their conversation sighed and ate their dinner as quickly as they could. Jongwoon’s family was the first to arrive since they live a lot closer then Donghae’s.
"Omma, why didn’t you tell us that you were coming to the house earlier then you originally planned? You could’ve saved Kyuhyun and I a trip…and gas." Jongwoon said as he greeted his family at the door, Kyuhyun standing just behind him with Jungsu.
"Well I only decided last night to come up today. Besides, I had to meet Kyuhyun first anyways. I didn’t want to come here with all of the other boys I have to meet and try to really met Kyuhyunie, I needed to meet him with just you first. It’s an omma thing." She tapped Jongwoon on the cheek before giving both of the other boys hugs. "Ah Jungsu, so good to see you again. You can invite me up here for more then just Christmas you know. I would like to see your kids more often."
"Omma, you know you can visit us anytime you feel like. My noona still visits whenever she feels like it, though I seem to be the only person in the house who doesn’t know when she is coming over."
"That’s because you don’t pay attention, or can’t hear…take your pick." Kyuhyun teased.
"Oh Kyuhyunie be nice to your hyung, he is dealing with all of you. The more kids you have, the faster you age." Jongwoon’s omma explained.
"So that’s why there is a big age gap between Jungsu hyung and Heechul hyung." Jungsu glared at the magnae before omma interrupted him again.
"Now Jungsu, I think we have rooms to settle into and new members to meet. So how about we get started on that."
"Ne omma. Jongwoon and Kyuhyun prepared a couple of rooms in the east wing for you to stay, and it’s right by Jongwoon’s room so you can keep an eye on him. Sungmin, Siwon, and Ryeowook, who you know already, also sleep in the east wing along with our two new members Henry and Zhoumi. Everyone else is in the west wing." Jungsu explained as he started leading everyone upstairs. Jongwoon’s aboji stopped Jongwoon for a minute before following the group.
"Jongwoon, it’s not just an omma thing. We both wanted to meet Kyuhyun before we came for the holidays. It allows us to have a more personal meeting with him before we have all of the other members around. Don’t worry, he’s a good kid and we like him."
"Thanks aboji."
"Hyung, appa, hurry up!" Jongjin shouted from the top of the stairs.
"We’re coming Jin." Jongwoon shouts back up. Satisfied with the reply Jongjin runs back down the hall to the others as Jongwoon helps his aboji up the stairs.
"I put Jongjinie in the room next to Henry and your parents next to him." Jungsu explained to Jongwoon then ran off to make sure that everything was in order for Donghae’s family. Jongwoon decided to check on his brother first before making sure his parents were settling in alright, when he found Kyuhyun talking to his brother in Jongjin’s room. Since the youngest was standing with his back to the door, Jongwoon decided to sneak up on him and pull him into a hug.
"Hey, what are you two up to?"
"Just talking as I unpack. Omma took most of his time yesterday so we didn’t have much time to get to know each other."
"Yeah, your brother’s nice." Kyuhyun says as he looks back to the oldest. "Maybe even nicer then you."
"Haha, very funny Kyu." Jongwoon pokes the youngest in the side and got a laugh from his brother across the room. "Didn't omma just tell you to be nice to your hyungs? I'm still your hyung, boyfriend or not."
"She only said Jungsu hyung. She didn’t say to be nice to all of my hyungs." Kyuhyun shot back.
"I think it should be implied to be nice to all your hyungs. Jungsu just happened to be the one we were talking about." Kyuhyun just shrugged his shoulders causing Jongwoon to roll his eyes. To get back at the youngest, Jongwoon tightened his hug until the magnae was fighting against him for a minute and then released back to the gentle hug.
"Okay, fine, I’ll be nice to all the hyungs." Jongjin laughed at the couple’s antics as he put away the last few items in his suitcase.
"Omma was right, you two are cute together."
"Jongwoon!"
"What do you want, mad cat?" Jongwoon answered to Heechul’s shout.
"Why didn’t you say your family was here? We only found out because Jungsu was muttering it. And don’t call me mad cat, rabid dog." Heechul said as he walked into the room, Hangeng behind him.
"I’ll call you mad cat all I want. And I was making sure they were settling in just fine, I figured you would find out soon enough." Heechul glared at once again being called mad cat but let it slide as Jongwoon’s parents walked over to the room.
"Heechulie relax. It’s not like we’re here for only a couple hours. You have a few days to put up with us."
"Well thinking about it like that, maybe I’m not so eager to greet omma." Heechul teased, earning him a smack on the back of his head. "See, you’re brutal. Now we know where Jongwoon gets it."
"What are you talking about, I’m not brutal."
"Sure you aren’t." Jongwoon glared at the older tempted to smack him like his omma did, but that wouldn’t prove his point.
"You want to hit him, don’t you?" Kyuhyun whispered back.
"Shut up." Jongwoon muttered causing Kyuhyun to laugh a little.
"Wow, a lot of you are in here." Ryeowook said as he entered the room. "Um, Jungsu hyung says that he wants everyone to help get the lights on the tree tonight and when all the other relatives are here tomorrow we’ll hang the ornaments."
"How soon does he want us down there Wookie?" Jongwoon asked.
"As soon as you can. Donghae hyung’s family should be here soon too."
"Okay we’ll be down shortly." Ryeowook nodded and went to give Jongjin and his parents hugs before leaving to finish finding the other members.
"Does this mean we can meet the new members now?" Omma asked.
"Yeah Omma, they’ll be down there with everyone."
"Well hurry up, let’s go. I need to meet the new members." Jongwoon’s omma said and pushed everyone downstairs to the living room.
"Omma, aren’t you a little too eager to meet them?"
"No. I know all of the other members in this house except for your two newest members. I want to meet all of the kids, now all of you move downstairs." She ordered and the five boys all headed downstairs with the parents following behind.
"Hi omma, appa, Jongjin." Hyukjae and Donghae greeted as they were waiting in the foyer.
"Hi boys. Waiting for your parents?"
"Yup. They should be here any moment."
"Donghae! They’re here! The car just pulled up." Hyukjae shouted as he was looking out the window by the front door.
"Really?" Donghae excitedly ran up next to his boyfriend and watched the car pull up to the front. Instead of heading into the living room, everyone decided to just wait for the other family to walk in so they could greet them. Donghae had opened the door and stood there as his parents walked up to the house.
"Omma! Appa!" Donghae and Hyukjae said in unison as Donghae hugged his omma and Hyukjae hugged appa and then switched.
"Hi boys. Oh, Donghae we have a surprise for you."
"What is it omma?"
"See for yourself." Donghae’s omma moved to the side so Donghae could see out the front door.
"Donghwa hyung?"
"Hey Donghae." The older just waved as he finished pulling his luggage out of the car.
"When did you get back? I thought you were still in Japan." Donghae asked as he ran to give his brother a hug.
"I was, but I was talking to omma and she said she was coming up here to visit you for the holidays. And since it’s been a long time since we saw each other I decided to catch the earliest flight back that I could." Hyukjae had followed Donghae outside and Donghwa gave him a hug as well once he saw him. "Hi Hyukjae, my brother’s treating you well, right?"
"Of course. I don’t think he could treat me bad if he tried." Donghae and Hyukjae helped bring in all the bags and found Donghae’s parents talking with Jongwoon’s and the others just standing around listening.
"Jongwoon Hyung, tell Jungsu hyung that we’ll be down soon, we need to take them up to their rooms."
"Sure Hae." They waited a minute for the ommas to finish their conversation before Donghae and Hyukjae showed them to the west wing where their rooms were ready. Luckily they had already cleaned a couple of the other rooms, so they didn’t have to worry about hurrying to prepare another room for Donghwa. The rest of the group all headed into the living room where they were the last ones to arrive aside from the Eunhae couple.
"What took you guys so long?" Jungsu asked as soon as they walked into the room.
"Sorry, Donghae’s family just showed up, including his hyung." Jongwoon explained.
"Really? Do we have a room for him? Are they getting settled in all right? Were they upset that I didn’t greet them at the door?"
"Jungsu hyung!" Jongwoon interrupted the older before he could continue. "Yes, they have a few rooms ready in the west wing and Hyuk and Hae just took them up stairs. I don’t think they care that much whether you greet them at the door or not, especially since Donghae and Hyukjae were there."
"Oh okay. That’s good." Jungsu walked back towards Youngwoon who was sorting all the lights for the tree out and making sure all the strands still worked.
"Zhoumi! Henry! Come here please." Jongwoon shouted to the two talking on one of the couches.
"What’s up hyung?" Henry asked.
"This is my omma and appa and brother Jongjin. Omma was really anxious to meet you two."
"Hi I’m Henry."
"And I’m Zhoumi."
"Henry is Hangeng’s cousin and Zhoumi is working for In Young noona." Jongwoon explained
"Oh it’s so nice to meet you both. Oh you both are so handsome. How are you both finding Korea?"
"Thanks ajumma. Korea is really nice though we’ve only been around the city a bit." Henry said, blushing a little from the compliment.
"Oh don’t call me ajumma, you can call me omma."
"Okay omma." Jongwoon left the two to talk with his omma and sat down next to Kyuhyun who had moved to a couch to talk with Jongjin and Ryeowook. A short while later Hyukjae, Donghae, and his family made it back down to the living room and Jungsu and Youngwoon finished fighting with the light strands. Youngwoon and Siwon ended up being the ones to string the light strands around the tree while everyone else just joked around and the ommas both were getting to know Zhoumi and Henry. Once the light strands were up, Jungsu paced around various colors of lights to everyone and ordered them to start filling in the strands. Some of the members found some blinking lights to put on the tree as well. They filled the tree about three fourths of the way up until they couldn’t reach anymore. A couple of the members finished the tree since they only had two ladders to use to reach the top. The rest of the members all voted on whether to have the angel or the star as the topper to the tree. The angel won and Heechul decided he was going to put it on this year, ignoring the complaints of the other members. Everyone stayed downstairs for a little while longer before Jungsu pushed them all to head to bed, to which the ommas agreed. Instead of going to his room, Kyuhyun decided to go straight to Jongwoon’s and fell asleep almost as soon as he laid down in bed. Jongwoon sighed but didn’t feel like moving the magnae and just pulled his boyfriend into an embrace and fell asleep shortly afterwards.

"Kyuhyunie, wake up." Jongwoon said in the morning. He had woken up a little earlier and just watched the magnae sleep for awhile, enjoying how cute the younger looked as he slept, but eventually had to wake him. Kyuhyun groaned and tried to curl up more into Jongwoon.
"Don’t wanna." He finally managed to groan out.
"Too bad." Jongwoon laughed and kissed Kyuhyun’s temple, hoping to sweetly pry the other to get up.
"But I don’t have work."
"Yeah well I do." Jongwoon said as he patted the other’s side and got out of bed and headed to the bathroom.
"Why? It’s the day before Christmas Eve. Why do you have to work?" Kyuhyun asked finally sitting up in the bed.
"Because people like flowers for Christmas and since we’re closed tomorrow and on Christmas, today is the last day for people to buy those flowers."
"I swear aside from the radio programs tonight, you’re the only one working."
"Yeah, I think I might be. Especially since the bar is closed for the holiday. Don’t worry, we’ll have after work and the radio tonight to spend time together. Why don’t you go out and get my Christmas present if you haven’t already. It’ll be the perfect chance to do it." Kyuhyun just sat on the bed and pouted, not wanting to spend the first of his holiday vacation without his boyfriend. "Well it’s either that, or you let Jungsu make you clean all day." Jongwoon said once he saw the pout on the younger.
"I don’t like any of those ideas."
"Well they’re your only ones." Jongwoon laughs at the younger’s continuing pout and gives him a kiss while ruffling his hair. "Go neaten up for breakfast, you have horrible bed hair."
"Yeah, cause you ruffling it helped." Kyuhyun scoffed and tried to fix his hair.
"Oh go do it properly, with a comb, and go change." Jongwoon said as he pushed the younger towards the bathroom. "I’ll be downstairs."
"What? You’re not even going to wait for me?"
"No, I have to leave right after breakfast so I should be ready before breakfast." He explained as he headed for the door. "And quit pouting." Kyuhyun stuck his tongue out at the retreating figure but sighed and got ready for breakfast. He ended up beating the older to the dining room though most of the other members were already waiting, including both of the visiting families.
"What took you so long?" Kyuhyun asked once his boyfriend walked into the room as Hangeng and Ryeowook brought out all the food.
"I told you I needed to be ready to go right after breakfast, so I was just finishing up a couple things. Don’t worry, I’m not hiding anything from you."
"You better not be." Jongwoon smirked at the younger and just ruffled his hair again.
"Hey. I just combed that."
"Really? Hmm, can’t tell anymore." Jongwoon teased. Jungsu finally called for everyone to sit down and listen up for the schedule, so Kyuhyun couldn’t retaliate. Like Kyuhyun had said earlier Jongwoon was the only one working aside from the radio programs that evening, though Kibum said he might end up having a schedule in the afternoon.
"So have we gotten anymore confirmations on family today?"
"I talked to my sister last night and she said she was getting ready and should be here before dinner." Kibum explained.
"My omma said she’ll be here today as well, I think around the time Kibum’s sister gets here." Hangeng added.
"I haven’t had the chance to talk to Sora noona yet, but I’ll call her after breakfast."
"My parents said they will join us for Christmas dinner but other then that, they are staying at home." Siwon announced.
"Is that everyone then?" Jungsu asked and received a bunch of nods in return. "Okay, well make sure there are three rooms ready in the west wing for them. And make sure we have another room ready in the east wing, just in case we need to use it."
"What could be possibly need it for?" Sungmin asked.
"Maybe balance out some of the relatives, or someone else shows up unexpectedly. Besides it’s nice to clean the rooms every once in a while." The rest of Breakfast went by faster then Kyuhyun would’ve liked and before he knew it, it was time to clean up and for Jongwoon to leave.
"Alright, I’m headed to work." Kyuhyun pouted again. "What did I tell you about pouting? No more pouting for the rest of the day."
"What are you going to do about it?"
"I don’t know yet but I’ll think of something." He said with a smirk and then turned his attention to the other members. "Hey, keep an eye on Kyuhyun, will you guys? Just let me know any time he pouts while I’m at work." All the members agreed to warn him if Kyuhyun pouted throughout the day.
"Fine, I’ll try not to pout."
"Good, I’m off. It’s your turn on dishes and if you don’t want to clean, go finish your shopping. I’ll see you when I get home." Jongwoon gave him a quick kiss before he rushed to the garage and left for work.
Kyuhyun took Jongwoon’s advice to go out shopping once Jungsu had suggested he clean the library. Ryeowook agreed to go with him to drive and since he had to finish getting Jongwoon’s gift as well. While they were at the mall, they split up so they could also buy each other’s gift. Because Jungsu really wanted them to help prepare for the relatives arriving today, they only had a couple hours to look around the crowded mall. When they arrived home, Jungsu immediately told them to quickly wrap the presents and then help him get out all of the Christmas decorations since everyone else is busy already. While they were doing that, Hyukjae’s sister arrived and Hangeng, Heechul, and Kibum all left to pick Hangeng’s omma and Kibum’s sister up from the airport. Sora offered to help them put up the decorations around the house, along with Jongjin and Donghwa. As other members finished their chores they started helping with the decorations until there was nothing left to decorate. Even the doghouse in the backyard was decorated for Christmas. Ryeowook and Sungmin excused themselves to prepare for dinner and Youngwoon offered to help since Hangeng still hadn’t returned from the airport. The members found all of the ornaments for the tree and set them in the living room to be put on the tree later in the evening. Everyone took the opportunity to get to know Hyukjae’s sister since this was everyone’s first time meeting her, except for Donghae.
"We’re home." Heechul shouted as he walked in with everyone else.
"Show Saehee and Mama Han up to their rooms. Dinner will be ready soon, though Hangeng, they could use a hand if you have the chance."
"Sure Jungsu hyung." Hangeng said and showed Saehee and his omma to their rooms and rushed to the kitchen. The rest off the evening flew by and before they knew it, it was time for Jungsu and Hyukjae to leave for their radio program and Jongwoon was getting ready to go to his. Ryeowook and Kyuhyun were also joining him on the radio to sing a song that Ryeowook composed for them.
"Nervous Wookie hyung?"
"Yes. This is the first time I’m going to have a song that the public will hear. I think I’m more nervous now then I was when I submitted my pieces for the university."
"Don’t worry, Jongwoon hyung and I love it and so does the PD."
"I know, but I’m still nervous Kyu."
"Wookie, don’t worry, Kyu and I will be backing you up and singing with you." Jongwoon added into their conversation and told them it was time to leave after reminding everyone in the house to listen. Luckily it went smoothly and all the fans listening and watching loved the song and the three of them singing together. As soon as they got home, Ryeowook crashed in his bed after receiving praises from all the members who were still awake. Kyuhyun wanted to crash in Jongwoon’s bed again, but Jongwoon decided that Kyuhyun should sleep in his own bed for once this week.

"Did we get everyone?’
"I think so." Ryeowook answered Jongwoon as they walked out of the mall with Kyuhyun.
"Yeah, we got all the members of the house except each other. Your parents and brother, my noona, Heechul hyung and Jungsu hyung’s noonas, and I think that’s all we needed." Kyuhyun finished going over the list of people to buy for.
"I would say let’s get something for some of the other relatives coming to visit but we’ve never met them to know what they want."
"We don’t know who all is visiting except Donghae’s family. Everyone else is unsure if they’ll make it, even Siwon’s parents who live in the city." Kyuhyun explained.
"Uh, we still have the list of things that Jungsu hyung would like us to get."
"How much is on it Wookie?"
"Fifteen or so items. Some of it he wants multiple of."
"Well where should we head first?"
"The home décor store, that’s where a lot of the items are. Hyung wants us to get some new sheets, blankets, and pillow cases since a lot of the remaining ones that have been in the closets are not in good shape."
"Yeah, I was helping Sungmin with the laundry yesterday, and some of them had stains or holes in them." Kyuhyun added in as they headed towards the shop. "Did he want anything specific?"
"Uh, it says the BEG brand and various colors."
"Okay. He wants six of each. So one for each color of the rainbow?" Jongwoon suggested.
"No, we should get a white and maybe a black too. A blue, maybe, and a green. Yellow and magenta, I guess. Those wouldn’t be bad colors. I think that’s what a bunch of the old ones were anyways."
"Fine, Wookie you go find the pillow cases, Kyu, the sheets and I’ll get the blankets. All the beds in the house are queen size so make sure it fits."
"Okay." The younger two said and split up down the aisles to find what they needed. After that, they found the other various items Jungsu asked for at the décor store.
"I’ll run this out to the van if you two want to get us some food."
"You sure you don’t need help?"
"No I got it Kyu." Jongwoon said grabbing the bags and heading for the exit. Kyuhyun and Ryeowook turned the other way and went to the food court instead.
"You guys went down to see his parents yesterday?" Wookie suddenly asked while they were waiting in line.
"Yeah, we had the day off and well I haven’t had the chance to meet them, so we decided to make it a day trip."
"Were you nervous?"
"Yes! How could I not be? I’m dating their son and hadn’t even spoken with them over the phone. I didn’t even know if Jongwoon hyung told them about me. And since I didn’t have a normal family at all, I had no idea how they would react."
"Well I don’t know if he had talked about you but I do know that they knew he was bi. "
"Yeah, when we got there his omma ran out of the house and gave him a big hug before doing the same to me. He did talk about me, and apparently she was bugging hyung about meeting me as soon as possible. His appa was stern at first but lightened up after a couple hours and decided I was alright for Jongwoon hyung."
"So you have the official parents’ approval?"
"Yup. His Omma kept asking when we were thinking of marriage and if we were planning on adopting some kids and how soon it would be."
"Haha, sounds like she put you in an awkward situation."
"It was! Thankfully Jongwoon hyung was able to answer everything and get her to stop asking so many questions."
"What questions?" Jongwoon asked once the two made it over to the table he waved them over too.
"Your omma’s questions yesterday."
"Oh. Sorry, she can get pushy when she’s excited."
"I didn’t mind as long as she liked me and didn’t have a problem with us dating." Jongwoon ruffled the magnae’s hair and he leaned against the older.
"All this talk about parents is kind of making me wonder how mine are doing."
"Would you like to see them, Wookie?" Jongwoon asked as he stared at the younger with his head down, not even bothering to eat the food in front of him.
"I don’t know. I mean, they’re my parents but by law I belong to Jungsu now. And I have no idea how they will react to seeing me, especially since I got them in trouble."
"Well whatever happens, Jongwoon hyung and I will be there to back you up."
"So? Are we going to go after we finish hyung’s list?"
"…Uh…Yeah. I just want to see."
"Okay, well eat up, I don’t need to pass out from not eating and running around the mall."
"I’m not sure I’m hungry anymore."
"Eat anyways. We’re not going anywhere until at least half of your plate is finished." Jongwoon threatened before he moved around the table to sit next to Ryeowook and force him to eat. As soon as Ryeowook had half his plate cleared, he pushed the plate towards Kyuhyun and shook his head when Jongwoon tried to get him to eat more.
"I will throw up if I eat any more. Half of my plate is gone, so I don’t have to eat anymore."
"Alright, I guess you ate enough." Jongwoon cleaned up their table and the three went back to finishing their errand list. Ryeowook sat quietly in the back seat on the way to his parents’ house just staring out the window. He was in such a daze that he didn’t even realize that they arrived, until Jongwoon tapped his shoulder.
"Huh?"
"We’re here."
"Oh." He immediately cast his eyes downward and slowly climbed out of the van. Kyuhyun gave him a reassuring hug before they walked up to the door. Ryeowook was too nervous, so Jongwoon pressed the doorbell for him. They waited nervously as they heard footsteps approach the door, Kyuhyun rested a hand on Wookie’s shoulder and Jongwoon had a hand on the small of his back to support him.
"Hello?" The woman asked as she opened the door. Her face fell into a scowl once she saw Ryeowook. "What are you doing here?"
"I…I…"
"Speak up boy. I can’t hear you."
"I just wanted to see how you were."
"Why do you want to know? You left us and even put your father in jail. Why worry about how we are doing? You worthless little boy." Wookie backed up a little further into Jongwoon hand and covered his face with a hand, trying not to cry. "What? You going to cry now? Such a pathetic fool."
"Hey! He is not pathetic! My mom wasn’t the best mom in the world but at least she took care of my sister and me! But you? You can’t even take care of your own son! What kind of mother are you? If he is pathetic then what does that make you? You’re his mother so you have to be worthless too in order to make something worthless! But guess what? He’s not worthless! He deserves to be living more then you do! My parents are dead, and yet worthless scum like you are still here!" Kyuhyun shouted and pulled Ryeowook back to the van.
"Be lucky he was the one to say something, because you wouldn’t have wanted it to be me. I would like to punch your face in right now, but I don’t think Ryeowook would like that very much, so I’ll spare you. You may have been forgiven if you walked into your house and started bawling but I doubt you’ll do that. You won’t see us here again. You might as well forget you ever had a son." Jongwoon said in a low voice, making sure she understood how serious he was before walking over to the other two. Kyuhyun was gently hugging Ryeowook and swaying back and forth to comfort him. "Are you alright Wookie?" He asked going back to his normal tone.
"Yeah."
"I’m sorry, we shouldn’t have pushed you to come here."
"It’s not your fault. We didn’t know how she would act. She could have been upset and all apologetic or just as she was. If anything, coming here reassures me that I made the right choice by running away. Can we go home to Jungsu omma now?"
"Yeah, let’s go home." Jongwoon gave Ryeowook a quick hug to be sure he was alright before taking them home.
"What took you guys so long? And why does it look like Wookie was crying? Who made my baby cry?" Jungsu asked as soon as the three entered the house.
"Sorry we made an extra stop before coming home. Wookie wanted to see how his mother was." Jongwoon explained.
"What? Why? Is she the one who made you cry? Why would you go there? Did she hurt you at all?" Jungsu panicked as he made sure Ryeowook was alright.
"Hyung, I’m okay. Kyuhyun and Jongwoon hyung made sure of that. Thanks hyung." Ryeowook gave Jungsu a hug, which startled the older, before he headed upstairs to start wrapping gifts.
"Is he really okay?"
"Yes Jungsu, he reconfirmed his decision to be here, so in fact I think he might be a little better then he was." Jungsu breathed a sigh of relief and told the two what they could do with the items he asked them to pick up.
"You can go ahead and take those upstairs, I’ll take the bedding and that to the laundry room."
"Oh Jongwoon, your omma called and she said that they decided to come earlier, so they’ll be here tonight. Donghae’s family is coming tonight as well."
"Why didn’t she call me?"
"I don’t know, but make sure you have the room for your parents and the room for your brother all set up."
"Okay, Kyuhyun and I will start working on that once I get these in the wash. Got it Kyu?"
"Yeah, I got it." Kyuhyun waved him off before taking the remaining bags upstairs and dropping them off where Jungsu needs them. Since it was going to take Jongwoon longer to get up to the rooms, Kyuhyun grabbed the duster first and headed into the first room in their wing that was free and began cleaning it up.
"You already started. I assumed you would’ve waited for me and taken the chance to play a round of your game."
"Yeah, well I think Jungsu hyung might have killed me if I didn’t go straight to work. He is really stressed out with everyone coming."
"It’s the first time that we have everyone staying over for Christmas and as the oldest, he wants to show the parents that he’s taking good care of everyone. Though, I’m pretty sure they all already know that. He’s also a little more stressed since he’s not entirely sure who all is going to be here. Kibum’s family said that they will try to be here, but haven’t confirmed yet, and Hangeng’s family hasn’t said whether they’ll be able to make it yet either."
"Okay, yeah that might stress someone out." When the two finally finished cleaning both of the rooms it was time for dinner, though they were eating a little later then usual since everyone was so busy. A few of the guys went Christmas tree hunting while Kangin and Sungmin worked on some of the last repairs on the house. Others were cleaning, wrapping gifts, or decorating and overall just crazy in the house.
"Please tell me the rooms are ready for our quests tonight." Jungsu asked at the beginning of dinner.
"We just need the sheets to dry and they’ll be ready. Other then that, they’re ready to go." Jongwoon answered.
"Good. I don’t know when they’ll be here but everything needs to be ready."
"Don’t worry hyung, Sungmin and I finished the last couple of repairs on the house and the walkways and driveway are all shoveled. Shindong, Kibum, Heechul, and Siwon have the tree up and it just needs to be decorated. Everyone else has been cleaning like crazy, this place is almost spotless." Youngwoon explained to ease Jungsu’s worries.
"Okay, well make sure we get the beds made right after dinner and that dishes get done immediately."
"We know hyung." Everyone answered in unison.
"Youngwoon, can’t you do something about him?" Heechul asked the younger in a hushed tone.
"If I could, don’t you think I would’ve already?" Youngwoon whispered back. Everyone who heard their conversation sighed and ate their dinner as quickly as they could. Jongwoon’s family was the first to arrive since they live a lot closer then Donghae’s.
"Omma, why didn’t you tell us that you were coming to the house earlier then you originally planned? You could’ve saved Kyuhyun and I a trip…and gas." Jongwoon said as he greeted his family at the door, Kyuhyun standing just behind him with Jungsu.
"Well I only decided last night to come up today. Besides, I had to meet Kyuhyun first anyways. I didn’t want to come here with all of the other boys I have to meet and try to really met Kyuhyunie, I needed to meet him with just you first. It’s an omma thing." She tapped Jongwoon on the cheek before giving both of the other boys hugs. "Ah Jungsu, so good to see you again. You can invite me up here for more then just Christmas you know. I would like to see your kids more often."
"Omma, you know you can visit us anytime you feel like. My noona still visits whenever she feels like it, though I seem to be the only person in the house who doesn’t know when she is coming over."
"That’s because you don’t pay attention, or can’t hear…take your pick." Kyuhyun teased.
"Oh Kyuhyunie be nice to your hyung, he is dealing with all of you. The more kids you have, the faster you age." Jongwoon’s omma explained.
"So that’s why there is a big age gap between Jungsu hyung and Heechul hyung." Jungsu glared at the magnae before omma interrupted him again.
"Now Jungsu, I think we have rooms to settle into and new members to meet. So how about we get started on that."
"Ne omma. Jongwoon and Kyuhyun prepared a couple of rooms in the east wing for you to stay, and it’s right by Jongwoon’s room so you can keep an eye on him. Sungmin, Siwon, and Ryeowook, who you know already, also sleep in the east wing along with our two new members Henry and Zhoumi. Everyone else is in the west wing." Jungsu explained as he started leading everyone upstairs. Jongwoon’s aboji stopped Jongwoon for a minute before following the group.
"Jongwoon, it’s not just an omma thing. We both wanted to meet Kyuhyun before we came for the holidays. It allows us to have a more personal meeting with him before we have all of the other members around. Don’t worry, he’s a good kid and we like him."
"Thanks aboji."
"Hyung, appa, hurry up!" Jongjin shouted from the top of the stairs.
"We’re coming Jin." Jongwoon shouts back up. Satisfied with the reply Jongjin runs back down the hall to the others as Jongwoon helps his aboji up the stairs.
"I put Jongjinie in the room next to Henry and your parents next to him." Jungsu explained to Jongwoon then ran off to make sure that everything was in order for Donghae’s family. Jongwoon decided to check on his brother first before making sure his parents were settling in alright, when he found Kyuhyun talking to his brother in Jongjin’s room. Since the youngest was standing with his back to the door, Jongwoon decided to sneak up on him and pull him into a hug.
"Hey, what are you two up to?"
"Just talking as I unpack. Omma took most of his time yesterday so we didn’t have much time to get to know each other."
"Yeah, your brother’s nice." Kyuhyun says as he looks back to the oldest. "Maybe even nicer then you."
"Haha, very funny Kyu." Jongwoon pokes the youngest in the side and got a laugh from his brother across the room. "Didn't omma just tell you to be nice to your hyungs? I'm still your hyung, boyfriend or not."
"She only said Jungsu hyung. She didn’t say to be nice to all of my hyungs." Kyuhyun shot back.
"I think it should be implied to be nice to all your hyungs. Jungsu just happened to be the one we were talking about." Kyuhyun just shrugged his shoulders causing Jongwoon to roll his eyes. To get back at the youngest, Jongwoon tightened his hug until the magnae was fighting against him for a minute and then released back to the gentle hug.
"Okay, fine, I’ll be nice to all the hyungs." Jongjin laughed at the couple’s antics as he put away the last few items in his suitcase.
"Omma was right, you two are cute together."
"Jongwoon!"
"What do you want, mad cat?" Jongwoon answered to Heechul’s shout.
"Why didn’t you say your family was here? We only found out because Jungsu was muttering it. And don’t call me mad cat, rabid dog." Heechul said as he walked into the room, Hangeng behind him.
"I’ll call you mad cat all I want. And I was making sure they were settling in just fine, I figured you would find out soon enough." Heechul glared at once again being called mad cat but let it slide as Jongwoon’s parents walked over to the room.
"Heechulie relax. It’s not like we’re here for only a couple hours. You have a few days to put up with us."
"Well thinking about it like that, maybe I’m not so eager to greet omma." Heechul teased, earning him a smack on the back of his head. "See, you’re brutal. Now we know where Jongwoon gets it."
"What are you talking about, I’m not brutal."
"Sure you aren’t." Jongwoon glared at the older tempted to smack him like his omma did, but that wouldn’t prove his point.
"You want to hit him, don’t you?" Kyuhyun whispered back.
"Shut up." Jongwoon muttered causing Kyuhyun to laugh a little.
"Wow, a lot of you are in here." Ryeowook said as he entered the room. "Um, Jungsu hyung says that he wants everyone to help get the lights on the tree tonight and when all the other relatives are here tomorrow we’ll hang the ornaments."
"How soon does he want us down there Wookie?" Jongwoon asked.
"As soon as you can. Donghae hyung’s family should be here soon too."
"Okay we’ll be down shortly." Ryeowook nodded and went to give Jongjin and his parents hugs before leaving to finish finding the other members.
"Does this mean we can meet the new members now?" Omma asked.
"Yeah Omma, they’ll be down there with everyone."
"Well hurry up, let’s go. I need to meet the new members." Jongwoon’s omma said and pushed everyone downstairs to the living room.
"Omma, aren’t you a little too eager to meet them?"
"No. I know all of the other members in this house except for your two newest members. I want to meet all of the kids, now all of you move downstairs." She ordered and the five boys all headed downstairs with the parents following behind.
"Hi omma, appa, Jongjin." Hyukjae and Donghae greeted as they were waiting in the foyer.
"Hi boys. Waiting for your parents?"
"Yup. They should be here any moment."
"Donghae! They’re here! The car just pulled up." Hyukjae shouted as he was looking out the window by the front door.
"Really?" Donghae excitedly ran up next to his boyfriend and watched the car pull up to the front. Instead of heading into the living room, everyone decided to just wait for the other family to walk in so they could greet them. Donghae had opened the door and stood there as his parents walked up to the house.
"Omma! Appa!" Donghae and Hyukjae said in unison as Donghae hugged his omma and Hyukjae hugged appa and then switched.
"Hi boys. Oh, Donghae we have a surprise for you."
"What is it omma?"
"See for yourself." Donghae’s omma moved to the side so Donghae could see out the front door.
"Donghwa hyung?"
"Hey Donghae." The older just waved as he finished pulling his luggage out of the car.
"When did you get back? I thought you were still in Japan." Donghae asked as he ran to give his brother a hug.
"I was, but I was talking to omma and she said she was coming up here to visit you for the holidays. And since it’s been a long time since we saw each other I decided to catch the earliest flight back that I could." Hyukjae had followed Donghae outside and Donghwa gave him a hug as well once he saw him. "Hi Hyukjae, my brother’s treating you well, right?"
"Of course. I don’t think he could treat me bad if he tried." Donghae and Hyukjae helped bring in all the bags and found Donghae’s parents talking with Jongwoon’s and the others just standing around listening.
"Jongwoon Hyung, tell Jungsu hyung that we’ll be down soon, we need to take them up to their rooms."
"Sure Hae." They waited a minute for the ommas to finish their conversation before Donghae and Hyukjae showed them to the west wing where their rooms were ready. Luckily they had already cleaned a couple of the other rooms, so they didn’t have to worry about hurrying to prepare another room for Donghwa. The rest of the group all headed into the living room where they were the last ones to arrive aside from the Eunhae couple.
"What took you guys so long?" Jungsu asked as soon as they walked into the room.
"Sorry, Donghae’s family just showed up, including his hyung." Jongwoon explained.
"Really? Do we have a room for him? Are they getting settled in all right? Were they upset that I didn’t greet them at the door?"
"Jungsu hyung!" Jongwoon interrupted the older before he could continue. "Yes, they have a few rooms ready in the west wing and Hyuk and Hae just took them up stairs. I don’t think they care that much whether you greet them at the door or not, especially since Donghae and Hyukjae were there."
"Oh okay. That’s good." Jungsu walked back towards Youngwoon who was sorting all the lights for the tree out and making sure all the strands still worked.
"Zhoumi! Henry! Come here please." Jongwoon shouted to the two talking on one of the couches.
"What’s up hyung?" Henry asked.
"This is my omma and appa and brother Jongjin. Omma was really anxious to meet you two."
"Hi I’m Henry."
"And I’m Zhoumi."
"Henry is Hangeng’s cousin and Zhoumi is working for In Young noona." Jongwoon explained
"Oh it’s so nice to meet you both. Oh you both are so handsome. How are you both finding Korea?"
"Thanks ajumma. Korea is really nice though we’ve only been around the city a bit." Henry said, blushing a little from the compliment.
"Oh don’t call me ajumma, you can call me omma."
"Okay omma." Jongwoon left the two to talk with his omma and sat down next to Kyuhyun who had moved to a couch to talk with Jongjin and Ryeowook. A short while later Hyukjae, Donghae, and his family made it back down to the living room and Jungsu and Youngwoon finished fighting with the light strands. Youngwoon and Siwon ended up being the ones to string the light strands around the tree while everyone else just joked around and the ommas both were getting to know Zhoumi and Henry. Once the light strands were up, Jungsu paced around various colors of lights to everyone and ordered them to start filling in the strands. Some of the members found some blinking lights to put on the tree as well. They filled the tree about three fourths of the way up until they couldn’t reach anymore. A couple of the members finished the tree since they only had two ladders to use to reach the top. The rest of the members all voted on whether to have the angel or the star as the topper to the tree. The angel won and Heechul decided he was going to put it on this year, ignoring the complaints of the other members. Everyone stayed downstairs for a little while longer before Jungsu pushed them all to head to bed, to which the ommas agreed. Instead of going to his room, Kyuhyun decided to go straight to Jongwoon’s and fell asleep almost as soon as he laid down in bed. Jongwoon sighed but didn’t feel like moving the magnae and just pulled his boyfriend into an embrace and fell asleep shortly afterwards.

"Kyuhyunie, wake up." Jongwoon said in the morning. He had woken up a little earlier and just watched the magnae sleep for awhile, enjoying how cute the younger looked as he slept, but eventually had to wake him. Kyuhyun groaned and tried to curl up more into Jongwoon.
"Don’t wanna." He finally managed to groan out.
"Too bad." Jongwoon laughed and kissed Kyuhyun’s temple, hoping to sweetly pry the other to get up.
"But I don’t have work."
"Yeah well I do." Jongwoon said as he patted the other’s side and got out of bed and headed to the bathroom.
"Why? It’s the day before Christmas Eve. Why do you have to work?" Kyuhyun asked finally sitting up in the bed.
"Because people like flowers for Christmas and since we’re closed tomorrow and on Christmas, today is the last day for people to buy those flowers."
"I swear aside from the radio programs tonight, you’re the only one working."
"Yeah, I think I might be. Especially since the bar is closed for the holiday. Don’t worry, we’ll have after work and the radio tonight to spend time together. Why don’t you go out and get my Christmas present if you haven’t already. It’ll be the perfect chance to do it." Kyuhyun just sat on the bed and pouted, not wanting to spend the first of his holiday vacation without his boyfriend. "Well it’s either that, or you let Jungsu make you clean all day." Jongwoon said once he saw the pout on the younger.
"I don’t like any of those ideas."
"Well they’re your only ones." Jongwoon laughs at the younger’s continuing pout and gives him a kiss while ruffling his hair. "Go neaten up for breakfast, you have horrible bed hair."
"Yeah, cause you ruffling it helped." Kyuhyun scoffed and tried to fix his hair.
"Oh go do it properly, with a comb, and go change." Jongwoon said as he pushed the younger towards the bathroom. "I’ll be downstairs."
"What? You’re not even going to wait for me?"
"No, I have to leave right after breakfast so I should be ready before breakfast." He explained as he headed for the door. "And quit pouting." Kyuhyun stuck his tongue out at the retreating figure but sighed and got ready for breakfast. He ended up beating the older to the dining room though most of the other members were already waiting, including both of the visiting families.
"What took you so long?" Kyuhyun asked once his boyfriend walked into the room as Hangeng and Ryeowook brought out all the food.
"I told you I needed to be ready to go right after breakfast, so I was just finishing up a couple things. Don’t worry, I’m not hiding anything from you."
"You better not be." Jongwoon smirked at the younger and just ruffled his hair again.
"Hey. I just combed that."
"Really? Hmm, can’t tell anymore." Jongwoon teased. Jungsu finally called for everyone to sit down and listen up for the schedule, so Kyuhyun couldn’t retaliate. Like Kyuhyun had said earlier Jongwoon was the only one working aside from the radio programs that evening, though Kibum said he might end up having a schedule in the afternoon.
"So have we gotten anymore confirmations on family today?"
"I talked to my sister last night and she said she was getting ready and should be here before dinner." Kibum explained.
"My omma said she’ll be here today as well, I think around the time Kibum’s sister gets here." Hangeng added.
"I haven’t had the chance to talk to Sora noona yet, but I’ll call her after breakfast."
"My parents said they will join us for Christmas dinner but other then that, they are staying at home." Siwon announced.
"Is that everyone then?" Jungsu asked and received a bunch of nods in return. "Okay, well make sure there are three rooms ready in the west wing for them. And make sure we have another room ready in the east wing, just in case we need to use it."
"What could be possibly need it for?" Sungmin asked.
"Maybe balance out some of the relatives, or someone else shows up unexpectedly. Besides it’s nice to clean the rooms every once in a while." The rest of Breakfast went by faster then Kyuhyun would’ve liked and before he knew it, it was time to clean up and for Jongwoon to leave.
"Alright, I’m headed to work." Kyuhyun pouted again. "What did I tell you about pouting? No more pouting for the rest of the day."
"What are you going to do about it?"
"I don’t know yet but I’ll think of something." He said with a smirk and then turned his attention to the other members. "Hey, keep an eye on Kyuhyun, will you guys? Just let me know any time he pouts while I’m at work." All the members agreed to warn him if Kyuhyun pouted throughout the day.
"Fine, I’ll try not to pout."
"Good, I’m off. It’s your turn on dishes and if you don’t want to clean, go finish your shopping. I’ll see you when I get home." Jongwoon gave him a quick kiss before he rushed to the garage and left for work.
Kyuhyun took Jongwoon’s advice to go out shopping once Jungsu had suggested he clean the library. Ryeowook agreed to go with him to drive and since he had to finish getting Jongwoon’s gift as well. While they were at the mall, they split up so they could also buy each other’s gift. Because Jungsu really wanted them to help prepare for the relatives arriving today, they only had a couple hours to look around the crowded mall. When they arrived home, Jungsu immediately told them to quickly wrap the presents and then help him get out all of the Christmas decorations since everyone else is busy already. While they were doing that, Hyukjae’s sister arrived and Hangeng, Heechul, and Kibum all left to pick Hangeng’s omma and Kibum’s sister up from the airport. Sora offered to help them put up the decorations around the house, along with Jongjin and Donghwa. As other members finished their chores they started helping with the decorations until there was nothing left to decorate. Even the doghouse in the backyard was decorated for Christmas. Ryeowook and Sungmin excused themselves to prepare for dinner and Youngwoon offered to help since Hangeng still hadn’t returned from the airport. The members found all of the ornaments for the tree and set them in the living room to be put on the tree later in the evening. Everyone took the opportunity to get to know Hyukjae’s sister since this was everyone’s first time meeting her, except for Donghae.
"We’re home." Heechul shouted as he walked in with everyone else.
"Show Saehee and Mama Han up to their rooms. Dinner will be ready soon, though Hangeng, they could use a hand if you have the chance."
"Sure Jungsu hyung." Hangeng said and showed Saehee and his omma to their rooms and rushed to the kitchen. The rest off the evening flew by and before they knew it, it was time for Jungsu and Hyukjae to leave for their radio program and Jongwoon was getting ready to go to his. Ryeowook and Kyuhyun were also joining him on the radio to sing a song that Ryeowook composed for them.
"Nervous Wookie hyung?"
"Yes. This is the first time I’m going to have a song that the public will hear. I think I’m more nervous now then I was when I submitted my pieces for the university."
"Don’t worry, Jongwoon hyung and I love it and so does the PD."
"I know, but I’m still nervous Kyu."
"Wookie, don’t worry, Kyu and I will be backing you up and singing with you." Jongwoon added into their conversation and told them it was time to leave after reminding everyone in the house to listen. Luckily it went smoothly and all the fans listening and watching loved the song and the three of them singing together. As soon as they got home, Ryeowook crashed in his bed after receiving praises from all the members who were still awake. Kyuhyun wanted to crash in Jongwoon’s bed again, but Jongwoon decided that Kyuhyun should sleep in his own bed for once this week.
