My brain wave's confused between what is and ain't

I think I had a panic attack earlier today while I was at the mall. Everything got really dizzy (more than usual) and I had to sit down to make myself consciously breath again. Even though the whole thing freaked me out, I came home and stayed awake long enough to watch "The Bachelor." Folks, that's what they call addiction. And even though Charlie's a cutie, his voice is really starting to grate me. Tori, him and your friend Kindle would have some raspy-voiced kids if she wins. ;)

As for the panic attack, I need to chill out on my paranoia. Not just in public.
