A Rare Update
Well let me start of by stating that I wish I could update more, but time as I know it is none too kind to me. It's probably the reason why I don't have many friends or journal comments/entries. I have a hard time maintaining my real-life friendships much less the ones I forge online, so there you have my reason for why I post so sporadically. Also doesn't help when it looks as though no one reads my thoughts, so I may as well be chatting to myself. Don't worry my own fault, I'll have to put in some effect the next time find myself on.
Hmm...all I can say is Uni is not it's all cracked up to be. The 'Making-Friends' stage is clearly over, so it's weird cause everyone has their own group and well I have my 'Friends from High School' group, and my 'New Uni Friends' group which consists of about 3.5 people, not including myself, LOL. I've lost motivation to do well now, and fallen hell behind on readings and even the lectures themselves. Joy. Exams in less than a month :(
On a happier note, I bought the new Linkin Park and Maroon 5 CD yesterday (support your bands people!) I got the M5 one a day earlier than what I thought the release day was, so I'm over the moon. Linkin Park sound a little off in their Minutes to Midnight CD, there are a little too many ballads, but on the whole a very wholesome offering with no real stand-out tracks, besides maybe 'What I've Done'. 'Hands Held High' sounds alot like a track off Rising Tied by Fort Minor, but that's probably cause Mike raps a bunch through that one. I'm loving the Maroon 5 one, I'v read people think it isn't as good as SAJ, but I'm liking it. 'Kiwi' is such a random track, but my faves from their new CD is 'Nothing Lasts Forever' ('Heard 'em Say' anyone?), 'Goodbye Goodbye' and 'Makes Me Wonder' (cause who doesn't like that track). Check 'em out, I reckon it's worth it.
