I'll be going back to study. I think I'm getting away from books too often and forgetting about the most basic things...

Mahaado-sama would be so mad at me. I didn't think before I acted and I could have hurt someone.[Screened for Set-sama ( Read more... )

Studying is good, Mana. Do not worry- your control will grow, just have faith in your own abilities.

And a little boring. I know Pharaoh-sama. I just keep hoping I don't lose it and end up hurting someone.

I am sure that you will gain enough control over your spells, Mana. Magic demands pure concentration instead of simple force, so focus on that first.

*nods quickly* I tend to put too much strenght on some things and then end up...going overboard. I'm trying simple spells first, to make sure the time I spent without training isn't going to put me back.

If you ever need to try it again, Mana, we can go to the park ourselves. I know the way, and you would not risk anything doing to someone.. ah, less amused by your spells being fickle.

I would like that...but should we be out so late by ourselves Pharaoh-sama? I trust you to know the way but...isn't it dangerous?

We could ask Set or *grumbles* Maboroshi to accompany us if you like, Mana. Your training must be continued, of course.. and we all know by now that the Gods respond to my summoning, so we will be safe.

*looks sheepish* I have to repair Set-sama's hat but...I don't think I'm really safe around him yet. He's still...a bit mad. If you are sure we will be alright then I'll trust your judgment Pharaoh-sama.

Ah, I have not spoken with Set ever since the.. accident. Do you want me to talk to him for you? I am sure, Mana. The Gods are on our side, but we can always see if one of the others wishes to accompany us.

No, I think I managed it. He was far more...disappointed with me, I guess. I said I wouldn't do it again and apologized...I had no right to bring any more problems to all of us. Who should we ask then? Set-sama? Maboroshi? Yuugi-kun? Maybe Shizuka-sama wishes to see some magic too?

A part of his duty as a Priest is also to be forgiving, Mana. He knows just as well that people make mistakes, and it could have happened to everyone. As far as I am concerned, you did not add any problems, and if Set accepted your apology and you can repair his hat, I am considering this as done and over with.

Ah, that would be quite something, yes. I am sure Shizuka will love to see some magic, and Maboroshi's advisor is welcome to join, of course.

I hope he thinks like you Pharaoh-sama. I didn't cause any major consequences but I did upset him. A lot. *mutters something about how he deserved it a bit*

*blinks* Then...I'll ask Yuugi-kun. Should I say anything to Maboroshi?

I will talk to him, Mana, and remind him of his position and demeanor as a Priest before he starts sulking. If you have offered your sincere apologies, he should accept them and not dwell upon it. *doesn't hear all her words, smiles nonetheless*

*has no qualms with Yuugi* I think he wants to know where his advisor is hanging about.. though I am sure he can tell that Maboroshi himself?

He did...you really don't need to have all that trouble because of my actions. It was my fault and I should deal with it right?

...I think so. I'll talk with him then and ask if he wishes to join us.

It would be no trouble at all, Mana. Sometimes people need a little.. ah, more direction if they fail to see a certain point. Dealing with it is fine, but it should not get out of hand, and if Set keeps sulking about it, he needs a small reminder that it is not his place to keep doing so.

Very well.

I think it wouldn't hurt...he probably forgave me slightly for it but if you wish to have a word with him I would appreciate it. *smiles*
