OOC: Info Post Bandwagon Time!

Hurray infopost bandwagon time! As these posts usually go, let's start with the new kid.

Yes, the new character from the Warcraft universe is mine. Try to contain your shock as I attempt to bullet point him:

• Anduin is 14 years old, and the sole heir to the kingdom of Stormwind, which is the last major human city in his world.
  
  • His father, Varian, is the douchiest jerk to rule a kingdom since Uther Pendragon, and his mother is deeeeead thanks to getting hit in the head with a rock when Anduin was a baby (yes, really) so when Varian kicks the bucket, the kingdom is going to be all his.
    
  • Luckily, Anduin had to be king for a while when he was 10, after his dad got kidnapped for a few yearsmonths, so he's at least slightly prepared for this.
    
  • He would still greatly prefer for Varian to stay alive though, because he is a total daddy's boy, even when his dad is mean.
• When I say Stormwind is the last big human city, I mean the other cities are run by people who are not "human" - they're dwarves, elves, orcs, etc.
  
  • Things that will faze Anduin: television, refrigerators, the internet. Things that will not faze Anduin: green people, elves, and sentient animals. You know, for the record.
• Anduin has been trained to fight since he was able to hold a sword, since his father is a battle-loving warrior who wants to wipe all of his enemies and their entire races (namely orcs) off the face of the planet.
  
  • Sadly, Anduin is not very good with a sword, partly due to being better with a bow and arrow, and partly due to the fact that he wants to be a priest, which means less fighting and more healing. Oops.
    
  • Also, Anduin totally secretly hangs out with orcs and Stormwind's other enemies because he thinks they're smart and not really evil and fantasizes about a day when all of the world's races will get along in peace and harmony and share their resources. Oops.
    
  • Varian is hoping that this school will make his son more of a warror, and less of a peacenik. Oops.
• As mentioned, Anduin's been training to be a priest, which means:
  
  • He can cast spells that heal up minor wounds, protect people from fear (it gives you a warm fuzzy feeling so you won't be afraid), and shield people from harm (literally, you get surrounded by a golden bubble that protects you from harm).
    
  • He'll probably be about two steps up from Raven in terms of YOUR WOUNDS, GIVE THEM TO ME. He needs the practice!
    
  • He is very holy (all the priest stuff comes from devotion to the Light), and pretty innocent. Do with that what you will.
• littlelionlad comes from the fact that Stormwind's symbol is a lion, and every. single. variation of "little lion man" is already taken on LJ. :(
  
  • Yes, this is why I chose William Moseley/Peter Pevensie as his PB.
    
  • Yes, I think I'm funny.

Zoe Winchester (Gina Torres)

• is from Firefly/Serenity, and comes from post-movie canon.
  
• is the principal of Fandom High.
  
• has mellowed out a lot, thanks to years of being grounded and not getting shot at on a weekly basis.
  
• is married to John Winchester.
  
  • ...yes, she's well aware that he's more like Mal than Wash.
    
  • ...yes, I'm my own stepmother. It's fun for us, I swear.
• has a two-year-old daughter named Grace who loooves Luke Skywalker.
  
• can still outshoot pretty much anyone around, and will shoot you if you mess with her family.
  
• is actually kind of glad to have Deadpool and Barney around to run the school, although she'll probably never tell them. Their egos don't need that boost.

Jason Todd (Logan Lerman)

• is from the Batman comics, as well as comics associated with the franchise (Detective Comics, some Teen Titans).
  
• is the second Robin, after Dick Grayson and before Tim Drake.
  
• thinks he's now the only Robin on the island. Ha!
  
• will never stop being weirded out about there being a teenage Bruce Wayne here, even if it's not his Bruce.
  
• is about 5'4" thanks to years of living alone on the streets of Crime Alley. Malnutrition sucks, yo.
  
• spends most of his time hanging out with certain demigods who do not make him feel inferior and short. Really.
  
• is kind of a nice guy, for now.
  
• is going to die sometime before the next presidential election.
  
  • ...and will hopefully not find out about it until it happens. Spoilers suck too!

Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki)

• is from the television show Supernatural.
  
• is a gigantic geek who loves books and can read multiple languages only spoken by dead people.
  
• grew up hunting ghosts, demons, and all the other evil things out there, although being in Fandom has taught him that sometimes, demons can be good too.
  
• has blood in him from a not-good demon, which has given him multiple abilities now, including telekinesis, super strength, mind control, and visions, although he still can't control that last one.
  
  • ...the demon blood also means that someday, if he kills all the other kids like him, he'll get to be the boy king of hell.
    
  • ...and he's destined to bring on the apocalypse.
    
  • ...and be the meatpuppet of Lucifer.
    
  • ...but he's hot when he's evil, so it's kind of okay.
• is very tall, about 6'2" right now.
  
• graduated last summer, and is currently living in New York City with his boyfriend, Peter Petrelli, while he attends Columbia University. *draws hearts around them*

Martha Jones (Freema Agyeman)

• is from the television show Doctor Who. And Torchwood, if we're being exact.
  
• runs the Fandom Town Emergency Clinic, but is really here to keep an eye on Fandom for UNIT, a worldwide military organization that deals with paranormal and extraterrestrial threats.
  
• really cares more about taking care of the people here than reporting everything to UNIT.
  
• is weirded out by having a different Doctor here, but is rolling with it because eeeee Doctor here.

Katie

• is both a player and one of your friendly neighborood admins.
  
• has been doing the admin thing for five freaking years, omfg.
  
• is ktnb on LJ and Twitter. And just about everywhere else on the internet too.
  
• lives in Northern Virginia and is therefore on Eastern time.
  
• FINALLY HAS A REAL JOB OMG OMG which means I am unavailable during the day while I am helping mold the minds of eighth graders. Or trying not to kill them. Middle school is a strange time.
