I should be working duuuur
But tired + fever + general DO NOT WANT demotivation = augh. So I ended up finishing the Percy Jackson books instead.
Now this is all a story about... well, american teen greek heroes. It's better than it sounds.
1) Percy started as a jackass with an attitude and actually ended as something of a moeblob.

A moeblob that fights monsters, but still a moeblob.
2) I spent five books trying not to fall for Annabeth. Of course it was doomed from the start. I guess I should have known better than to try and resist a daughter of Athena.
3) Nico. Ogods Nico. Why do I always fall for the young ones, ogods T.T
4) Thalia got on my nerves but she was kinda awesome. Awesome in a "it's cool erading about you but if I met you I'd probably bash your brains in" way. Except she's much stronger than me so she'd bash my brains in. Damn.
5) I'm really fond of Tyson. And I love the fact that he really got a role in those books. Now if that isn't a jab at fantastical racism, I dunno what is.
6) I really like Hermes. Which is no surprise, he's always been my favourite god next to Athena. Who said my favourite gods were sly bastards? Come out, come out, wherever you are!.
7) The rest of the gods are annoying IMO. Yes, even Poseidon most of the time.
8) Athena being a protective mother hen made me lol. But then if I was her I'd be worried, too. I don't understand how Percy can be the only guy after Annabeth. maybe she took care of the other ones. He only survived because his father protected him or something.
9) The party ponies are epic. End of story.
10) Lots of parts of the story were predictable, especially the three first books. But then, it probably helps that I know my Greek Mythology better than Percy.
11) I shall now be addicted to another teen series and forever ridicule myself for being thirty and waiting for the next book in the series. Damnit.
12) Did I mention I was head over heels for Annabeth and Nico yet? Because I am.
13) Clarisse was kinda awesome too. Is that les yay I saw?
14) Uuuuuuh I'll go to bed now. Fever is not making me a happy camper /lame pun.
