So I basically just barely avoided being blinded
Or at least major eye injury.
A lightbulb exploded in my face. Or, well, to be more precise, like a meter from me, but I got showered in glass bits that were flying--thankfully I was looking the other way.
And to top it off, the pocket of my dress caught the handle of the oven when I jumped and it tore and nearly made me stumble to the floor.
And then spend 20 minutes putting the electricity back on and cleaning everything--I'm so thankful dad came down to help me.
This + nauseous all day + the sudden fainting sensation I've been dealing with this evening = screw this, I'm out. This essay will wait for tomorrow.
