(no subject)
Work is on the up at last. When I first got this job I was quite excited as I had what I thought was a good job with bosses keen to help me progress. This all changed when John our morning supervisor had an Heart Attack at the end of November last year. He was off over xmas and only started back last week. Whilst he was off, everything for me ground to a halt. Malcom the idiot who works in the office/on the road in the morning's stopped offering me over time, and there was no talk of involving me in anything after the Go Green meeting's, Witch I was pissed off about as I was the only person to take any real interest in them. Hence winning tha competition for finding a suitable drying system for the cleaning cupbourds.
Thing's have started to look up now though. I spoke to the evening supervisor last friday and she was looking for someone to do an evening job. So i've taken it on. I gave up my other evening job when I took on the day time job in the Science park, but money is much needed at the moment, so I have taken this one on temporary. It's not to bad a job. 5:30 - 6:45pm so I'll be back home for 7pm, witch is not to late. It gives mark some time to his self again. Also I had a chat to jhon about wanting to do weekends and not being offered them while he was off and already I should be working this saturday, and he he's going to let me know of any future saturday work.
I also mentioned to john about not rely liking doing the mobile job in the morning's, and how I would like to be a superviser in one place not a mobile one and he's going to talk to the bosses about me being the superviser at a big contract that we have just taken on. Fingers Crossed.
Wedding plans are going at a paste that I can cope with now. It was making my head spin be for, But I'm learning not to stress so much. Having said that, I'm still worried about not finding a suitable venue for the reception. I'm going to visit one place when I'm in Nott's. It all sounds ok, but there are a couple more thing's I need to find out be for I go a head and book.
We need to work out where in Scotland we want to go and what kind of things we want to do. I have some Ideas. Need to talk to mark about them.
I would like to say how pleased I am that lex (tinypinkbubble) has aske'd me to be her Matron of Honer when she and wos tie the not next year. Thank you so much lex.
At last it's the time of the year when I can start to do more in the garden again. I plated some seeds in a propargator the other day and I can't wait to see how my plant's do this year.
