So, it's been forever since I touched this thing.
The last week has been all about me doing nothing, and loving the hell out of it. I had been so stressed that I needed a break like this. Sleeping til 11, puttering in my pjs til 6pm.... not a bad gig. It all ends friday though. Then student teaching starts. I'm quite excited, but nervous, too. I know it'll be great and fun, but it'll be a lot of work. My teacher seems cool. When telling me about the kids, she sait it was a wonderful class of great young people, just that they weren't the brightest bunch she'd ever met. Heh. Eight grade, reading, honors reading, and english. At the hieght of it, I'll be teaching six classes. it's a sweet schedule, though. A regular reading class, team prep hour, two classes of honors reading, lunch, prep hour, then two sections of english..>I think that's it.
