Did anyone watch that one hit wonder’s show on NBC last night? I may not have gotten embarrassing celeb moments on Dancing with the Stars, but last night sure made up for it. It was like Karaoke night. Poor, poor Loverboy and Flock of Seagulls. Time has not been kind to you. However, Arrested Development were really good, and I was quite surprised at Tiffany’s voice. It was really good. No stage presence, though. Oh, and I hope she was preggers. If not, she needs a new stylist, fast.
This just in, La has no life.
No big plans this weekend, which is good because I am trying to save some money. Today I work until noon and then I am going to Sara’s to meet the dog and get instructions since I am house sitting next week. Then I am going to the gym and babysitting for the rest of the night. Of course it is raining on my ½ day so no beach. Hopefully tomorrow it will be nice so I can work on my tan. Other than that, no plans and I like it that way. Perhaps I will cook this weekend.
1.Have any exciting summer plans? Nope. I plan to spend all of my off time working on my tan. At the end of summer, beginning of fall I hope to go to NYC.
2. What's the best summer vacation you've ever taken? Wolf Lake Ranch, of course!
3. Would we be more likely to see you lounging by a pool or out water skiing? Pool. I don’t ski of any kind.
4. Will you be putting on a swimsuit this season? If I can find one. I have had pretty bad luck the last time I went shopping.
5. If you could take a summer vacation anywhere, for 3 weeks, where would you go, and why? I would love to go to Hawaii with my friends and my extended family. I hear you need more then a week if you want to do everything.
* What things did you enjoy as a child that you no longer do? Swing on the swings for hours while singing to myself. Oh and playing Barbie. When I was little I thought Barbie was awesome. Now I hate her.
* What things did you enjoy as a child that you still do today? Walking with my headphones on, while daydreaming. Writing stories that no one will ever see. Oh and I still run away from time to time. Only now that I drive I can go farther as opposed to just going to the park. Now when I run away I go to the beach. And I usually leave my roommate a note.
* What things do you do now, that the child you were never thought you'd like? I live in Georgia. My whole life I thought I would never be able to leave Chicago. Oh and I now eat sushi AND tofu. As a kid I though they were the most disgusting thing in the entire world.
*If you could go back to one age and stay there for a while, what would it be? 6. I want to be six where my only worry was my horribly chapped lips. I want to run in the sprinkler and not care about what I look like in swimsuit.
*If you could fast forward to an age (you do get to come back!) for a while, what would it be? 65. I want to be retired and travel around the world on senior trips with my husband of many years. I want to play with my grandkids and then give them back to my kids when they get fussy. I want to be a crazy old lady who you both love and hate.
