OKAY PLEASE!!!
Will someone please tell me how in the fuck supervisors are supposed to act? Its not my supervisor that I have a problem with, its this girl -my co-worker/friend that's getting on my nerves- all freaking out and shit cause my supervisor expects her to work when I'm gone. I mean this girl actually has a problem being told what to do and given work. Then she complains that no one is giving her work or bothering to train her when she don't know nothing. She's jealous that the other admin at the other branches all have tasks and know when to do them without supervision, and she don't have the same tasks, but when you give her the same tasks and expect her to do something- she's acts dump and complains about it. When you try to tell her something- she gets offended and shit. I'm like WTF- you need to decide what you want to do, you can't have your cake and eat it too. I'm the one that she complains too- and I just to the point, where I'm like, she's ur supervisor that's her job- to give you work and she expects you to do it - or ask her if you need help. Now the girl's all freaking out cause I'm leaving and she'll actually have to do work- cause she's been getting by with me, hah- I fixed her. She'll have to grow up- and learn things on her own for once. I mean come-on I did work and knew my job, but it wasn't that hard. DAMN!!! I wish people would just grow a backbone and have some cofidence sometimes and stop trying to point the damn figure. Supervisors are suppose to give out work- that's what they do and they are supposed to criticize you- thats also their job- so get the fuck over it and move on.. Now I know why this chick had like 4 jobs over the past years and why none of her supervisors liked her for too long..
