organised, YES!

Life is good. I thought I should document this rare moment of joyful insight, as it doesn't happen often.

I've organised a study group for my law subjects (yes, I'm a nerd). This'll infact mean less work, since we can share out the mammoth amount of reading and write summaries for each other instead. YES! It's a good feeling.

I have managed to collect a nice little posse of like-minded greenie social-justicey folks this session - (I think recent awful government decisions have brought us all out of comfortable apathy and into working and playing together). This has helped ease my existential uncertainty and perpetual loneliness. Doing good stuff makes you feel good man!

There is a possibility, however slight, that I might soon be appointed the secretary of the student union.. Scary yes, and I'm feeling a little daunted and under-qualified, but if I'm going to take this anti VSU stuff seriously I really need to be ON the union that I'm fighting to retain. So yes. It may not happen, because there are a lot of people who would/could be vying for it, and they are probably more in the know, if not with the importance of student democracy, then at least with that whole wisdom of 'making friends and influencing people' which has managed to pass by me in my 21 years of struggling.

This friday I am going to see DAVID SUZUKI! I can't wait... this man has been the object of my affection and admiration for years. My dreamy far-fetched life plan involves moving to Canada after I graduate to work for him. I am so excited.

So yes, things are ok, albeit it chaotic.

and for the first time in a long time "I FEEL GOOD ne-ne-ne-ne-ne-ne-ne!"
