Yes, it has indeed been awhile. There is probably no good reason for my long gaps between updates. Just the usual. Kids keep me busy. I keep myself busy. I suck at typing. Rarely do I have anything noteworthy to discuss. I like to read crap on the internet rather than write crap on the internet. So there you go. I still take the time to read about you assholes though. Voyeurism is totally my bag, baby.

The ball and chain is still working for amazon.com, trying like hell to climb up their corporate ladder but that is a cut throat game he doesn't like playing so hasn't had the best of success in that regard. at least he likes some of the people he works with so it's not a total loss. Plus he still has those good benefits which is probably the main reason why he is sticking with it.
The kids are aliens from another world. They can entertain like no other source can. They are freakishly intelligent. Their skill sets are completely different though. weird little freak children they are. But the nuttiest thing they do lately is go upstairs, turn on the dvd player, put on the bourne ultimatum dvd, get the dvd remote, go to scene selection, go to end credits, hit play, listen to moby's "extreme ways" play while watching the credits role. They both do it. oh they know all the words now and dance and sing it. I have to get it on video but once they see the camera they try to take it from me. I have probably listened to that damn song over 500 times. I shit you not. I have to hide the dvd remote and the dvds so I don't have to hear it every 5 minutes. They are just not normal children. It must be the red hair. Gabriel just told me "you can't say no anymore because no is broken" oh and apparently the naughty chair is broken too. how convenient. yeah, i love em.

I'm doing pretty good. I'm one of those skinny bitches now, but no worries I am no longer losing weight. Which is a good thing because I have no ass. It's totally gone. Let's see this time last year I wore a size 16 and now I wear a size 4. pretty big difference. shopping is certainly a different experience now. I just need an ass. I feel great and lead a very active life now. I work out fairly regularly. I spend most nights at my good friend's dance studio. This summer I will probably start teaching a class there in the evenings and help coach the competitive dance team. I really love it and having a blast trying to trick my body that is 18 all over again. Hey it's just nice being good at something other than being a total smartass. I even jog. yeah... ewww. I'm also looking into becoming a personal trainer. not for right now but in the future. I just can't sit around with a thumb up my ass when my kids start going to school. or can i? certainly something to think about.
What else is there to say? Well, I have become pretty politically active again. But I certainly won't bore you by shoving my politics down your throat. I spend way too much time on politics lately though. As of right now (if i can swing the time) I will probably be volunteering to work for the democratic nominee for my district's congressional race. I will probably have a heart attack before November if I don't pace myself. or I will at least have a few ulcers. I'm a pretentious douchebag so I deserve any physical pain and mental anguish I am sure to suffer through from now till election day. *shrug*
anything else? Oh I finally watched No Country for Old Men last night and it was good. oh yes quite good.
