so i am alive... not that you assclowns notice! pssh what's one less livejournal to read, am i right? I still do not have my computer up and functional but john's computer is so that is where i am at right now. he usually likes it when NO ONE touches his computer because we heathens just might touch the wrong series of buttons and it will explode. but he is at work so i can secretly molest it while the boys are napping just to let you 2d people know that things are going, and we are breathing. I recently had a birthday and turned 32. time slow down will ya! so i had a fancy cake to celebrate new wrinkles. we finally have (almost) all our boxes and are almost fully unpacked and settled in (minus my lonely computer of course who yearns for a monitor). the kids are fully adjusted (ie spoiled rotten) of course. john just got a job last week and is in training this week. woot. he shall be working for amazon.com doing comstomer service tech shit for their new download movie service on their website. all i know is that he brought home the benefits portfolio the other day and holy shit...awesome. though no one gets better bennies on the planet than government employees but amazon.com has to be a possible close second. the pay isnt that great at first but at least with these benefits we dont have to worry about the kids health care, we can get our eyes checked and get new glasses, and john can get his teeth fixed before they all rot away...shit i can even get acupuncture for my back. from all we have heard amazon.com is a pretty cool company to work for. it was such a painless job search for john too . he saw the job, went online to apply, got a call for an interview 4 hours later, next day interviewed in the morning and got the job in the afternoon, day after that was orientation and then this week his training starts. and the commute is pretty painless. the car situation is our next issue to tackle. as of right now john is taking mom's car to work and she is getting rides (she only works 5 minutes away). but my mom has been increasing her talk of getting herself a new car and giving this car to us. making our car search as equally painless as the job search. so far this move has proven fruitful in all the ways that we though it would. my days are filled with much less stress. i mean we still have horrible money issues we need to tackle but there is certainly some light at the end of the tunnel when before there was complete darkness. So cheers to this success for this move gave us what we so desperately needed ... hope.

and thanks to erin for her belated happy birthday! and a belated happy birthday right back at you, congrats on no GD (yay!), and get yourself some uggs (i dont care what wanderingrogue said they are not ugly and they are like walking on clouds...CLOUDS, FLUFFY LITTLE CLOUDS!)

good lord in a titty bar! i have so much to catch up on.
