Shopping for Gifts
-____- Damn! I keep losing my connection like every five minutes! >:/ This is mainly the reason I haven't been online lately. At first I thought it was because I get a crappy signal in my room but I'm in the living room so there isn't really any excuses.
I bought my sister a birthday present for her 21st birthday (which is Sunday the 27th.) I bought her the Outlaw Star (anime) series. I don't really know what she wants -_-;. I'm so bad at shopping for gifts I called her & asked her what she wanted -_____________-; (<---WHAT A DUMB ASS!) I need to buy her a card as well (she really likes cards.) I mean, ideally I would have gotten her something Hello Kitty, but I went to two malls & I didn't see anything decently interesting ;_; I am a sad soul ;_; I'll probably hand her the gift & the first thought running through her head will be "WTF is this?! Its not Hello Kitty!!!"
As for my daily life: the feeling of school hasn't quite kicked in yet (its only our second week.) But I do feel like I have things I should worry about (like my research papers for Psychology & Political Science.)Sadly my sewing class was canceled on Tuesday (which only meets once a week.) Our first project in sewing is supposed to be a pair of jeans -_-;. That sounds pretty difficult to me, but I hope to manage somehow since I do love sewing & creating ^_^
I hope to make a pink polka dotted purse/bag (cause I have a sudden liking for polka dots) & another black one (& I'll probably end up making a blue one to match my new dress too. (See, I did learn something from Daron's sewing class :D! Thanks Daron! Perhaps I'll post a "mini tutorial" for myself in case I forget, which I probably will ^^;. I'll probably post it in my journal & on DA.) The bag Daron taught us to make is supposed to be reversible but I think I sewed the strap on in an awkward was so it looks a little odd when turned out one way. I made my bag all black though so I can't say.
And as always, there's always some materialistic desire stirring about in me (sad isn't it?) I think my lolita cravings have been satisfied for now (since Chloey gave me my Anna House stuff). So what is it that I want now? I want a tablet for drawing :( I might hold it off though (don't I always?) And I feel like I want to collect Gothic Lolita Bibles. I only own 2 issues (volumes 25 & 14.) I feel like I want to collect them all -_-;. Anyone know where to get them for decently cheap?
(Edit at 10;20) Wow, it was raining EXTREMELY hard a while ago...I'm worried ._.;;;
