Maintenance release with the following fixes:
[GP2X]: Fixed bug with negative offsets on notes
[ALL]: Added master transpose value affecting all channels
[OSX]: Finally Brought ghetto up to speed
[ALL]: Fixed most glitches with SDL display
[WIN/OSX/DEB]: added a SCREENMULT setting in the config.xml allowing to enter a multiplying factor (integer) to scale the output window. Ext
Windows users warning : I'm still moving the midi code to RtMidi so don't upgrade if you have a working midi setup
