today...I'm still mad at the bitch
Well it's 8:30 in the morning...I'm waiting on my straightener to heat up...
I have to get this out about this coworker of mine or I am liable to kill her.
Ok...so there's this girl Heather. She was hired about the same time I was and was hired as just a part time sales associate (And where I work that translates to a nobody). Well about a month later her church friend, who is the manager of our store at the other mall, throws a little fit because she wants Heather to be a manager. So we promoted her to Sales Supervisor which is one above the sales associate but one below me (assistant manager). This only satisfied her for like a month. On my birthday in January, Jack took me to Las Vegas so I was out of town for inventory and due to some other dramas going on my manager and the other sales supervisor walked out. This was prime time for her since there was noone there to defend me. She dogged me out very badly the whole time I was gone. She told the other managers from the other stores that she had been doing my job for a long time anyway I was just getting paid for it. She eventually whined her way to being promoted to my position so now there are 2 assistant managers at my store.
Now my manager ( the new one not the one that walked out) has told me this because she is very irritated with Little Miss Heather. We were discussing it yesterday and she said she has NEVER had a problem with me doing my job and then going on and doing more. But Heather doesnt even do half of the duties that were assigned to her. See each of us three managers have sort of divied up the responsibilities and Heather has the least amount because since SHE HAS NEVER DONE THEM BEFORE (Hence she hasnt done my job for me) she doesnt know how to DO all of the things that to be done. So anyways to make a long story short, because of her running her mouth I'm now a target employee to our DSM...but my manager said she was going to talk to him because she said palinly...Heather should be the target employee, not me. I have no problem getting my job done whereas Heather does....stupid bitch...sorry about the rant I just had to get that out somewhere because Dynessa told me those things in the understanding that it was confidential. So I can't even say anything to the bitch about it...Sha has made my job that I used to enjoy so much a drama that I'm VERY sick of dealing with and it's kinda starting to show in other areas in my life...but I actually feel better now that it's out...Thanks!!
