sigh....
well the US lost its opening match to the czech, which i guess in retrospect is no surprise, but naive me had hope that we'd prove ourselves :( apparently today would not be that day. i have faith that we'll become a soccer powerhouse (hahaha), ok ok, maybe not faith, but hope anyways. we can't always get what we wish for. i still have beaucoup hope in germany and i heart britain cuz beckham hot as hell!
on a diff note, swimming thursday at clayton pool on brentwood for those interested. it's $3 for non-residents under 17 but they shouldn't card you if you say you're a non resident.....only if you try to say you live in clayton.
