CAT LADY PRESS
I'm really excited to be started on a new, hopefully large, project. Cat Lady Press is a blog that I will be updating twice a week with all things crafty! My tentative plan is to post new tutorials to the blog on Wednesdays and Fridays. Most of the tutorials will be sewing based, but I will also be dabbling in other areas. (embroidery hoop screen printing anyone?) By posting some of these tutorials on websites like craftster and here on livejournal, I hope that Cat Lady Press will gain a lot of momentum, and be able to serve as a resource and forum for other DIYers.
Through another element of this project, I hope to draw feedback from the crafting community nationwide. I will be printing yards of fabric and distributing them to people who agree to make whatever they think the fabric should be used for. They will then take documentation of the new item and send it to me to post on the blog. I will post fabric samples as soon as I have it printed.
