Some random thoughts for a Friday
Isn't it wonderful how Fridays always sort of have this magically relaxed feeling around the office? Is it just because it's Friday, and everyone is just trying to clear off their plate, rather than start anything new? Or is it because we're all just too damn exhausted frome the previous 4 days?? Regardless, I always love the feeling around the office on a Friday.
Am I the only one who thinks the Pope is dead.... has been dead for a while, and the Vatican is just pulling a Weekend at Bernie's?
This morning I learned that my cat Isis knows how to catch a ball. She catches it just like a person. She can do it repeatedly. It's quite hilarious.
Last night we had our LAST rehearsal at the WilMar Center. Starting on Sunday, we actually get to load-in to the Bartell!! I'm very excited. This cast is SO ready to kick-it into high gear!
I'm going to be on WORT on Sunday at 1:30 p.m., and on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. to plug the show.
This morning I could see the sun shining through, and could hear the birds chirping loudly, making spring-like noises. And it got me very excited for the impending warmer weather. And then I pulled up the blinds and saw our snow-covered backyard. That was cruel.
